Was looking to buy a house through Hash but he lied about the offers he had. I offered $730k for a property (have evidence) to which he said he had received offers for $749k already which was rejected by the owner who wanted nothing below $750k. The house ended up being sold 1 month later for $725k despite my higher offer which was never presented to the owner even after multiple phone calls and messages from me and my family.
Dishonest and unethical.

I rent a property managed by Raine and Horne Blacktown. Some of the laziest property managers out. Often don’t reply to emails or texts when you have issues within the apartment. Have to constantly follow them up to have things fixed. Wouldn’t recommend

Hash & the whole Soultani Team had been amazing all along. We were in a quite tricky situation since the downturn of the market started just about we decided to sell in April-May 2022. Initially we tried selling with another agent but it did not work out as expected and then we all went with our instinct and decided to bring Hash and his team on board. And Lo and Behold they just delivered in a month and that too with exactly what we expected in this downturn market.
The whole process was smooth from the first day. The team is extremely efficient specially Ashley and Hash, we were kept in the loop, advised regularly as to what to do and all.
There may be other real estate agents in the Blacktown area who are considered King in what they do when it comes to selling for their client but Hash is the “Tsar” among all.
