We've owned an investment property in Nowra for almost 25 years. We've had issues with agents or property managers from time to time, which again occurred a couple of years ago. Agent was getting kick backs for pushing extra services, but stating in sales pitch they weren’t. Found out about it via extra services web site pitching to agents to use them. You need to have 100% Trust in your agent. If you don’t, move on. In our experience it won’t get any better.

As Tradesmen are always dealing with Agents, we asked a number of them who they'd recommend. Raine & Horne Berry came out on top of the list. It never occurred to us to use someone outside of Nowra, and we have not regretted the move for one moment. Their service has exceeded all our expectations. We would rate Emma who is managing our property a 10 out 10 against all of the other Nowra agents we have used in the past, some of which who have rightly have gone out of business. Our property has always had a low vacancy period as we keep on top of maintenance. Fresh properties don’t stay empty for long, but on one occasion Emma surprised us with a record 3 day vacancy between tenants! Condition reports are very thorough too. If you’re unhappy with your current property manager. Don’t put up with it any longer. Go straight to Berry and get looked after properly. You won’t regret it.
