From day 1, Greg was on top of everything, helping us to decide to go to auction instead of sale, and advised to change as covid raised its ugly head. Very obliging and friendly, also very knowledgeable in regards to knowing the market and his customer base. Was personally present at all open houses and immediately afterwards called us with results. He sold our house within a week of going on sale and got more than we were expecting. My partner and his roommate leased with Raine & Horne Bathurst and requested an early termination of the lease for multiple reasons including times being tough due to Covid, at the time they were both 19 had been renting for a year and a bit, kept the place in near perfect condition and really began struggling. Raine & Horne weren’t very helpful or understanding and the basic comprehension we got was that they would have to pay the rent until someone could be found to move in, would still have to vacate & wouldn’t get their bond back anyway amongst other regulations. They accepted this as it was in their contract as they just wanted to know if they could get help is all. My partner then spoke to the real estate agent over the phone and told her they would move when the lease ends she explained that they would have to fill out a lease termination form and get it back to her, so he has done this and gotten it back to her before the lease had ended officially. Upon doing so they informed them that they were actually supposed to give 14 days notice and now are expected to pay a further 2 weeks rent and they also bumped up the rent a decent hike in price for the remaining 2 weeks. To my understanding this appears in the contract and is technically legal but they were certainly mislead. It feels like they were taken advantage of in this horrid time for Australians, particularly young ones trying to make it. Pretty shameful if you ask me.

From start to finish, Grant was reliable and thorough in the sale of our block of land. We're very happy that he found the right buyers who appreciate the lands location and views!
