First they opened very late as that's showing its open 10 am.

We went to Rainbow Furniture to buy a queen-size bed with side-drawers and dresser. There was a special going on and the a decent looking set was for $1500. The set had all pieces on display except one of the side-drawers. The owner insisted that she had it in stock, but had simply put it away to save space on the shop-floor. We requested her that she give us another pair of side-drawers that were on display in the shop. She asked $300 more for the other side-drawers, which we could not afford to pay.
We ordered the $1500 set and paid in full including the delivery charges up-front. She promised delivery on the following Saturday.
On the day of delivery she called back saying that the one drawer which she thought she had kept elsewhere was missing, and that we could come and select another set of drawers. So over the phone we asked her if we could have the other pair of drawers that we had seen in the shop. She again said that we would have to pay $300 for those. She made us come back to the shop and look through other side-drawers. We couldn't find anything that was matching the bed we had paid for. When we told her this, she gave us the side-drawers for which she had been demanding $300 all the time!
We spotted a few dings and scratches on one of the new side-drawers we had picked. She said that she would fix it for us.
Then she said she will deliver the very same day. When we got back home she called us again and said that she has no one to deliver and can only deliver on Monday during business hours. We could not receive it during business hours so the delivery had to wait for another week!
Finally, when they delivered, the dings and scratches were still not fixed. When I brought it to the owner's attention imagine what he did.he painted the dings and scratches with a dark brown sketch pen! That is how he fixed it! Our jaws dropped.we dint expect this for $1500!
