R1 Building & Pest Inspections

We recently used R1 to complete a building and pest inspection on a property we where looking at buying. Ross complete the report with great detail and found a number of major defects with the property that could of cost thousands of dollars to fix. Once I received the report Ross answered many phone calls from myself in regards to the mayor issues found, over the phone he was able to give me an in depth run down on the major issues found.
Ross had a great knowledge of the building industry and was very professional I would highly recommend R for all your building and pest inspections

Ross recently inspected a house for us. He was incredibly quick and efficient. He picked up a few issues with the house (termites in a tree very close to the house, leaking wet areas, other ongoing termite risks) and went the extra mile by contacting the real estate and other tradesmen to help us get them sorted. He offered good advice and was easy to communicate with! The service is much appreciated!

Great detailed report with photos. Ross outlined defects and issues that would appear normal to the average buyer's inspection. Money well spent saved me thousands on repairs. Would recommend R1 again.

I needed a Pest and Building report done on a property I was looking to buy. I called R1 and spoke to Ross. He made the process super easy. I needed the report done quickly and he did it the same day! He also did all the liaising with the real estate (getting keys, etc)
