Hard to say, with covid staff shortages, Ryan was unable to provide the services my needs required at this time.

These guys are awesome, we broke down in our camper van today with a transmission with no drive, these guys were definitely under the pump but still managed to get us back on the road to see our grandson in Pottsville, much appreciated and the vans running even better than before thanks boys

Very bad experience. I went to fix my timing belt. When they finished the engine there was a loud noise from inside. (nothing normal) I returned to take the car explaining what was happening trying to make my car work well as it was before. They "tried" to fix and the noise was still there. I came back again, to solve this with the expectation that they leave the car properly and take responsibility but this didn't happend. After an argument and seeing not a good attitude on your part I decided to take the car even when i was not happy with it.
I talk to you ryan, you gave me your word: for you the car was ok without any strange but you told me if this still like this after 1000km bring the car back. I did it and the noise still, no only that, the air conditioning belt came loose breaking the cover and the timing belt after you took it apart and put it back together.
I called you back to explain what happened and you didn't care, you shut off the call. You did not take responsibility for your mistake. You made me lose a lot of money, time and trust in people.

Thank you to the team at R & M Mechanical and Automatics for fitting in our son's car with very short notice and diagnosing the problem immediately. As a Paramedic in Sydney he was required to return to Sydney the following day and we appreciate a local business that values our essential service workers during this difficult time.

We went there 2 weeks ago recommended by the other mechanic in Macksville. And They are fully booked till next few weeks (which happens to all good mechanics). After explaining we are traveling around Australia, they showed us how to fix the little problems by ourself which is really helpful.
