I am currently building with Quinn Homes and 7 months into our build I am very happy with the progress, which has been smooth and on track. Quinn homes are professional, and their many years of experience has been obvious from start. They are organised, transparent and extremely pleasant to work with, providing valuable advice to enable us to make informed decisions. We are grateful for having gone in the direction of a custom builder of this calibre. We plan to update this review once complete, but are confident that our review will remain 5 stars.

A Wonderful professional experience and a total class act from our initial meeting to our final handover. Friendly and fair and very easy to work with. Our build was delivered within our agreed timeframe and our budget.
Nothing in our build was ever too hard or asking too much for the team at Quinn Homes. We now have a wonderful home that our entire family love. Cannot recommend Quinn enough, very happy customers!

We built our dream home through Quinn Homes five years ago and have no regrets in doing so.
A family run business, Kevin, Liam and Kieran were always available to answer our questions and provide their honest views all the way along which we absolutely valued. The quality of the build can be seen both inside and out.
In addition, I had asked the Quinn’s if we were able to get the keys to our home on my late Mother’s birthday. They moved heaven and earth to deliver on time knowing it meant so much. They truly care.
Through the pandemic we needed additional Home Office space. Without hesitation, we reached out to Quinn Homes and they not only designed a loft extension but they also built it within weeks of our initial engagement and to a high spec. Not only this, but with a young family and so close to Christmas, Kevin even dressed as Santa so our boys could get their photo with ‘Santa’ during lock down.
We wouldn’t hesitate to engage Quinn Homes again should we have the opportunity to build another home.

Straight talking, responsive they worked closely with us to desgin and build our dream home quickly and on budget. 16 months later and we love being in our Quinn Homes home! We get many positive comments from friends, family and even passers by. Highly recommend Quinn Homes and we would definately build with them if we built again!

Quinn Homes built our townhouse in Adamstown Heights, we couldn't be happier with the purchase, it has been beautifully built and finished. 18 months later it is in perfect order, not a single thing wrong with the property. Thank you Quinn Homes. Great experience from start to finish. Quinn Homes stood out for me as they provide a Custom design service unlike any other builder in my area. Quinn Homes and I worked together in detail during the design stage to work within my wish list and most importantly budget. And succeeded! Nothing is too difficult for Quinn Homes team. Building a new home is a big investment and we did not know which builders to pick. Our friend referred us to Quinn Homes since our friend used them before. It is a good decision we made to go with Quinn Homes. They are so easy to deal with, from drawing of the house, picking everything for the house, they are there to help us. If there are things that need to follow up, they will come over as promised, and take action. If we have another chance of knock down and rebuild, we will go for them again for sure.

I had a real good look at Quinn homes, each of their projects they showed me was exceptional. Kevin (the owner) has an keen eye for detail and is all about doing it right. Their precision craftsmanship and philosophy translates to everything, from client communications to budgeting, to on-site organization, and—of course—to the eventual construction and completion of my new home which is truly amazing, my family love our new home, my friends a jealous, check them out, brilliant.

We built our home with Quinn Homes in 2015 - 2016. I couldn't recommend these guys enough! As someone who had never built before, their experience in the industry was invaluable to us and we really relied on their expertise.
The entire Quinn family was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even my mad panicked calls when I wanted to change something at the last minute!
The end result is a beautiful home that we will love for years to come! If I ever get the crazy idea to build again (hahaha!) I would certainly be using these guys!

Built with them a few years ago, and overall had a great experience - can highly recommend this family business - Patrick, Kevin, Liam - all communicated well throughout the process and provided superior post build service. We stumbled across them through the internet, but strong referrals from people that had actually built with them. A few issues as you'd expect with most big projects, but they were quite upfront with any thing that came up.
