The customer service wasn’t very good, spoke rudely and mansplained how waiting worked after I just wanted to know a waiting time as I’d been waiting for over 3 hours without hearing anything

Phone was fixed very well considering the condition it was in but what I feel like could be fixed was that attitude of his, didn't give a wait time and said they would call and didn't then after three hours they tried to mansplain to me what waiting was and how there machine works 3/5 won't give them a high five

I spent $250 and get my iPhone back glass replaced by them last September and as you can see from the photo that the camera area is not aligned properly and also the colour lost. I talked to their staff and was told they used quality glass and can’t fix it.

I won’t go to fone Citi rouse hills again, they don’t have a good attitude to fix their quality issues.

Unbelievable Service, I dropped of my Galaxy s20 Note, for screen replacement at around 2pm it was ready at 5pm, my expectations were exceeded well and truly, the guys were great, thank you so much, very much appreciated.

Used to have my electronics fixed here…went there lately but guy kept asking how much I paid for my tablet all the while he was looking it up on his computer.
I told him maybe $600-$700 while I looked for receipt and he quoted me $340 to fix my tablet screen.
I said to him that’s too much & he proceeds to tell me it’s because my daughter’s tablet was too expensive with expensive parts‍️…. Finally found receipt from Rebel & showed that him that I actually paid $550 for it.
Realised they did the same thing last time I was there…. They overcharge you depending on your product & try to give you discount if you pay cash but still overcharge you…. I don’t think the actual owners realised how much extra $$$ they get from how they charge you.
I stormed off angry & after a few research found a place in Parklea Markets who quoted me $170 as their 1st price…it took 2 days but saved myself getting scammed & only paid half the price to my tablet fixed!

They say they could fix it why i waited they had the screen there then get told to come back when i rang prior to going there they said just come in but thats not the case
