Quest Penrith reviews
36Housekeeping missed a few items on their clean and on arrival had some non perishable foods in the cupboard and an open bottle of milk in the fridge. No a major issue, overall rooms were big, spacious and clean. Great location and heaps of restaurants within walking distance. Check in was a dream, met by friendly staff and were very quick.
We had a studio room for 4 nights. The room has a lot of amenities like induction cooktop, chimney, utensils for cooking, fridge, microwave, etc. The front office staff was so polite and always ready to help. This is right opposite to the Penrith station so going into the city was not a hassle at all. Overall, a great experience.
Across the Rd from train station and short drive to Westfield shopping centre. Friendly staff and clean rooms, great security swipe cards to use lift which only allows you to your floor. Street parking is tricky, limited parking on-site must be booked with room.
Clean, New hotel located in a convenient spot across from train station, can be a little noisy at night if you are on the side facing the train tracks. All staff are lovely and it’s a well facilitated hotel.
Superb hotel to stay & very polite & helpful staff. Super comfortable beds & everything you could possibly need in the room. Easy access to room via lift. Definitely will stay again! Thankyou
Absolutely top notch staff they were so accomodating, had a room that's was spacious and clean beds were comfortable access to train station across the road little mini mart around the corner all in walking distance Cafes right next door afforable and definitely worth the stay
Parking was not provide after paying premium price room and had to fork out an extra $30. Took $100 for security fee but two weeks later the fee has not been refunded back.
Well located.
Great friendly service.
When visited the Riff and surrounds this place is well located
Convenient location next to the train and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants across the tracks as well as 3 restaurants right next door. Be aware you will hear the trains if you are facing the tracks but the passenger trains are not very loud, just the cargo trains.
Great place to stay. Rooms very clean and comfortable and staff very polite and helpful. Only downside is minimal parking in the area when carport booked out.
I stayed Saturday and Sunday nights over the October long weekend and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. From check in to check out and other enquiries in between, the staff were nothing short of lovely and extremely professional. While the bathroom has a bit of an odd design, the room itself was otherwise clean, comfortable and lovely. With Penrith train station just across the road, and Penrith Plaza not far, the location is very handy! Staying on NRL Grand Final weekend and the Panther playing, I was expecting a bit of noise outside with people making their way home from the train station afterwards, but I didn't hear a peep! Thank you for such a lovely weekend, I will be back for sure!
Enjoy my one night stay at this hotel while visiting Blue Mountain. Picked up my rental car from Avis which is ard 15 mins walk away via Westfield Mall. Location is best if arriving via train. It is located few steps away from the exit of Penrith Train station. Room is clean. Pantry is well equipped. Alternate parking can be found at the train station. Currently is free. 2 mins walk to the Hotel
When booking there was nothing to indicate we needed to pay for parking and go be told after booking there was no car spots available was a bit annoying but there is on street parking and a train car park near by.
The rooms were okay the bathroom I was a bit concerned with the cleaning quality as you could see spots had not been cleaned, the shower head was broken so couldn't change between the two heads (same situation in our friends other room).
View was nice from the balcony, penrith train station is across the road and than a huge shopping mall across from that.
Staff were lovely and easy to deal with.
Excellent location, close to cafes (literally downstairs), restaurants, bars, transport, river, lovely walks. Friendly staff and our little dog was generously welcomed. I would stay again if I’m ever out that way again.
Not a bad place.
Kids screaming running up and down the halls, found out it was a family who had been staying there for 3 months for what ever reason.their kids got in the lift and upto my floor. High pitched screaming till they were told by a few people to leave.
Good room and the interconnected door thing needs looking at. Maybe a door snake on each or something.
Bathroom door when using toilet keeps swinging back into you very slowly.
Bed comfy and no real issues. Window was locked but would like the ability to open for fresh air.
Breakfast at the Cafe is good.
Overall not a bad place but with a few bits for improvement.
Staff were all friendly.
My parents were visiting from overseas and had a long 3-week stay at quest. They absolutely enjoyed the service and their stay:)
Comfy bed, good shower. Poor privacy due to inter connecting door between rooms. Screaming kid then snoring adult resulting in disturbed sleep. Finally a$100 dollar hold on your credit card.
I have stayed at Quest a number of times for both work and leisure. The apartments are really modern with everything you need, plus the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The wifi is great, and you can get work done downstairs in the common area or in the your room. The location is really close to Sydney West Martial Arts as well, which makes it a good base for any training trips.
Great experience, except for one issue. Staff were fabulous, very friendly and helped with questions. Rooms aren't big but very well laid out with everything I needed. Comfy bed and good shower. But most of the rooms have a door to the room next door, including mine, and there was very little sound insulation. Even had light coming under the door. Heard my neighbour come back from dinner, and heard every coughing fit overnight. Not what I expected from an otherwise excellent hotel. Not sure what can be done, just poor design.
Customer service was great we were very well looked after, our room was lovely and clean, value for money we will definitely stay here again. They also have a cafe right next store, a perfect place to grab breakfast.
