Quest Nowra

A great two night stay. Rooms were in excellent condition and staff were friendly and professional. Very close to restaurants and groceries. I will be coming back again. Thank you Quest Nowra Team

Paid 650 for 2 rooms and have to pay for parking? Ok no big deal just $15 per car I am ok with it.

Then I found one of the room with strang smells and you can not open the slide door to try to get fresh air otherwise aircon which will turn off itself on a 28 degree rainning day.

Checked with the front desk asking to change for another room but was told just close the door and run the aircon the smell will be gone. So I runn the aircon for next 3 hrs when I went out for dinner.

When I came back later the night the smell still there very much noticable and it can gets stronger if you take shower and run the exhaust fan becase it vacume out the air with smell from those cracks at skirts of the walls where those water damages are.

End up with smelly room for the night. The other room we also booked was fine without smells but also found bit water damages at corner before we check out.

Ask the front desk in the morning she said they know this issue and the manager is not here (She seem sits the room behind) I will get a call by monday and today is Wed 17: 25 no contact at all

I throught Quest will get better than this but after the reply I could only be more dissapoint. You now telling me managent knowing the issue and still charge the client full price without mention this but let client stay in a room have health hazard over mould is inside the wall?

The smell not from the Aircon or from odor neutralizer but water damages inside the wall and under the carpet.

By far the best and my favorite motel to stay in the entire shoslhsven district as Over all a beautiful Motel as Quest have Great facilities in the gym and apartments with the entertainment system is amazing Same with the studio As they are well equipped with all the cooking utensils needed and extras like green tea bags and accessories to washing machines and dryers which most other morels don't have. The staff are always super friendly and always happy to help with anything asked of them to make sure your stay is pleasant as can be and lenient with check out time will happily go outer there way to make sure your stay is more then convenient and most enjoyable time while staying with them. That's why 5 star rating as I have stayed here multiple times and have never had a non pleasant stay since choosing to stay here.

Would definitely stay here again. Facilities were clean and very comfortable. We had everything we could have needed and more. Thanks for a fabulous stay

Great place to stay overnight whenever I’m working in the area The rooms are clean and well equipped if you wish to do you own cooking plus It’s centrally located and close to shops. It’s of course very good value

There is limited parking however this really isn’t a problem as you can park on the street out the front until 8: 30am before any time limit’s start to come into effect.

The rooms are great. The WiFi is top notch. The in-room facilities make it better than home. And (should you ever need it!) the 24/7 service from the night management is world class. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Nowra.

Very pleased to be staying here again, magnum ice-creams in the freezer again. Good touch:) cooking stove and everything you need.

I stayed for a week or 2, great for long term as they have 2 washing machines and dryers, stove, kitchen appliances, everything you need really.

We stayed there for our wedding and were very happy with the venue
- it is a modern building with large rooms; located in centre of town close to all the main shops
- kitchen contains an oven and stove; bathroom contains a washer and dryer
- staff are friendly and willing to provide help; they even gave us a surprise bottle of champagne and box of chocolates while we were there

Perfect location for my business meetings, with fantastic coast line to explore in my downtime.

I did not stay at quest personally but I booked around 20 rooms as a group booking for guests of my wedding. Throughout the entire process, the staff were so helpful and replied to emails quickly and called to clarify things. Great discount for the group booking, offering early check-in where available. All guests told me that the studio rooms were nice and spacious and that everything was smooth. I’m so impressed with quest Nowra.

Overall very good experience. The rooms and facilities were top notch and pleasant. Good kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities. The complimentary ice cream had also been a memorable bonus. The only minor issue had been when making online bookings they got my name wrong which I had to explain to reception during check-in. Aside from that it had been a pleasure to stay here. It left a great memory to our trip to Nowra! Absolutely recommend!

What a lovely place!
You will enjoy your stay here - quite and clean. The only reason I did not give 5/5 was they did not charge me when booking (although they took my card details) and then had to call me on two occasions to get my card number again after I had checked out. I understand mistakes can be made, but it should never be a 'stress' for a customer to pay the business.

Stayed three nights.lady that served me on check in might have been the manager.her name must be Karen because OMG misery guts! I felt like i was a inconvenience because after she told me there is no restaurant i asked if they do charge back to any restaurants close by, she rolled her eyes and said yes but i cant think of any off the top off my head.what a $#%$###!

bad service i will not be back because of her.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The staff were friendly and the only reason I never gave this 5 stars is because they forgot to change my booking and forgot to change the bed configuration to two kings. Great location and walking distance to all the dinning areas and supermarket shopping.

Quest Nowra has been a pleasant and comfortable 'home away from home' for our family. My husband was situated in Nowra for work for the past 2 months and stayed here in a 1 bdrm apartment. Our 2 year old and myself joined him. All of the reception staff and housekeeping staff are really lovely. The rooms are big, clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. Bed was huge and comfortable. Balcony with sliding doors out were nice to allow air and light into the apartment. Location is perfect, its close to all the main shops and supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafes. Would highly recommend staying here if you need accommodation in Nowra. Thank you again to all of the staff for taking great care of us!

We originally planned to stay for one night for a business trip and ended up extending our stay three more days!
Quest Nowra is perfectly placed within Nowra, especially for legal practitioners that want convenient access to the Court House and a central place to explore the town after work.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped (Sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry are a HUGE +). The internet is reliable for those planning to work from the hotel, and the in-room desks are comfortable which is important when you're sitting down for 8+ hours.

I also want to sincerely thank the friendly staff, especially Anne, who gave us great recommendations on what there is to do in Nowra.

We will be coming back and staying at Quest.

Staff so lovely n accommodating! Rooms beautifully styled n kept. We asked for 4 singles (no kings) n didn't expect to get it. We did! Also they treated us with 4 Magnum icecreams. Thanks Nowra Quest Kate n fam

The rooms are modern and clean, staff friendly. Wifi is good. You might want to book a park as it's limited. Also ask for a room on the opposite site to Marriott Park as the Corellas have set up camp there. Can get a bit noisy in the am.

$100.00 bond fee I payed upon arrival and now have never received it back. Made a phone call this morning and had the receptionist tell me it was the bank issue after she asked which bank I was with and then I said so your passing it off as the banks problem. She replied no no no it's an agency problem. Still in dispute of trying to regain my $100.00 back.
