Quest Hotel

Place is clean and near the city center. Had problem with the elevator but costumer service was great!

Located in easy level walking distance to the city centre and beach.

Receptionist was very rude, rooms was good, booking was made for 7 people but there was only 3 beds, when television channels was not clear I rang the reception & was told by the same receptionist that maybe the kids did something & said it will take the technician very long to come & fix the issue. Technician was very friendly. The hotel charged bond on my arrival which wasn’t written anywhere in the booking. I was told if I won’t pay the bond me & my 4 kids can’t go inside the room

Nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with stove microwave, refrigerator, washing machines etc and are suited for longer stays. Located nicely with a variety of food options near by.

Rooms are clean and well presented and spacious. Perfectly comfortable for those that need to work from their hotel room. While not the most modern feeling furnishings, it was still modern and didn't feel cheap. Great front of house service and ample secure parking during my 3 day stay.
Short walk to a few restaurants and cafes

We have stayed at multiple quests in the past couple of years. Shame on the Wollongong Quest for discriminating against the unvaccinated and supporting medical apartheid.

Very clean comfortable apartment reception staff very friendly a nd helpful. Comfy bed only complsint didnt like having to climb in and out of a bath to use the shower there should be a rail on wall to hang onto no good for us older people climbing out otherwise everything else. Was perfect will stay again well equiped and a very reasonable rate

I stayed in this motel for 3 nights and I could not have been happier everything about my experience was positive, would I stay here again absolutely.

Great clean hotel, apartment style. Wonderful location close to everything, especially the main cbd, and eating locations and also the beach. Park the car and walk everywhere.

Clean comfortable and large living area. Well furnished and with all the needed equipment for a good stay? Friendly and helpful staff. Garage off road parking with easy access to reception. Wheelchair friendly. Plenty eating venues near by. Walking distance from the lighthouse.

Me and my 5 kids stayed for two night we loved it not far to walk to away the beach we really enjoyed our selfs

Excellent service every time, always made to feel welcome and booking direct couldn't be easier. Well appointed rooms kept very clean with all amenities you need for a long stay. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Great value for the space you get, with the kitchen & laundry conveniences of home. Modern decor. Staff were lovely. Would recommend even for longer stays.

Did a short stay in a 2-bedroom apartment. Staff were excellent on check-in/out and answering questions. Apartment is basic but with everything you need. Clean, comfortable and tidy. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops. Secure car park spaces available for $15, suggest you reserve one when you book. Was able to book a second car spot on arrival for visiting family member as there were others available. Got a late checkout too thanks to the friendly staff.

Two beds had dirty sheets, one had ripped sheets. Only discovered after reception had closed.
Soundproofing almost non existent. Sounded like there were elephants above us and we could hear every door open and close on the floor.
I will never return.

I spent four nights in this hotel, the rooms were decent providing all the necessary items inclusive of proper toiletries, towels and iron.the rooms were neat and clean. All the equipment were properly working and I didn't get any bad experience. Give it a try.

Dryer had some problem but the hotel was very helpful and offer to dry our clothes somewhere else.

There's 3/4s of a quarter pounder and a whole hamburger in one of the fridges for the next guest who finds it xx

Walking distance to shops and restaurants, area was quiet enough for us on a Monday night, however the beds weren't particularly comfortable.

Location is great, with a 5-7min walk to the trainstation and mall. Rooms are very nice, clean and well-kept. Friendly staff who help if with anything.
