Quest Griffith

Thankyou to quest Griffith for looking after my elderly father in law who was quite disoriented until we could get hom to Sydney. I sent money via cardless cash and they assisted him by taking him to the bank to retrieve it amd finding him somwhere to eat. They went above and beyond in helping him and we are so appreciative.

Great hotel away the main road. We had a one bedroom room. It was comfortable and very well equipped. The only downside is the $12 parking fee, but you can park on the street.

The room wasn’t very clean at all. Hair on the beds and bathroom floor, smudges on all the glass, mirrors and TV. Some substance on the curtains. Gross.

The rooms are immaculate and modern with brilliant facilities, there was no noise and the beds are fantastic and super comfortable, they even offer two types of pillows hard or soft for your choice.
The Front Desk staff are professional, helpful and have marvellous local knowledge and will bend over backwards to assist you in anyway.
The Housekeeping staff they are magnificent with dedication, speed, courtesy and always had a smile.
So many times they asked to preform housekeeping on the room when it didn't need it. They are so eager to please! Fantastic housekeeping staff!
Easily the best accommodation in Griffith and the price so reasonable.
Stay there and you will feel like you are family to them and nothing is too difficult.
So, looking forward to our next trip from Warrnambool to Griffith.

Perfectly located across from the main strip in town, the Quest has always been and easy choice for accommodation when working in the area. Rooms have always been clean, modern and very spacious. The front of house staff have also maintained a high level of professionalism and friendliness through over my multiple stays. Secure parking is also provided for extra peace of mind.
I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Griffith.

Quest Griffith customer service were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic when approached by my partner when we needed to cancel a future 2 bedroom apartment booking (3 nights totalling close to $1k) because of the illness of my 94 yo grandmother that we were taking up from country Victoria. This was explained to Quest who offered a credit note for 6 months but after explaining that travel is probably not possible they still refused to refund any part of the $900 + payment.

Most people after the situation is explained would meet you at least half way! Not Quest Griffith.

They are essentially pocketing more than $900+ from us for a service we will not use.

Poor customer service and will never use a Quest Apartment ever again.

Stayed in a studio room, so happy with it. Great facilities, amazing shower. Very modern and clean. Had an awesome sleep, mattress was super comfy! Staff went above and beyond to help me when I contacted them after to find out which mattresses they use!

Well i guess it was my luck i heard really good about this place the room was good and new but large spiders started coming from behind the bed i killed 5 large black spiders (411B)

To the manager: under the bed and behind bed frame never have been cleaned never,

big plus for this place is their staff which they are polite helpful and professional

5 stars for the amazing quality service of Jonathan. You are an absolute asset to Quest Griffith. Thank you for helping me surprise my friends who were due to get married but unfortunately due to Covid couldn’t. You made the room up and you organised breakfast for their room, all with a smile on your face and nothing was too much. You make me want to book in and stay the night even though I live locally haha, Thank you thank you thank you. (Our friends also said they loved the stay!)
