Quest Bella Vista

For the drive from Melbourne to Brisbane, this was a great stop. Great service and rooms. Recommended.

My recent stay at Quest Hotel Bella Vista left me with mixed feelings, with the overall experience dampened by a notable issue—the consistently weak shower pressure, at times even reduced to a mere drip.

Convenience (4/5) :
The hotel's strategic location remains one of its strengths, ensuring easy access to essential amenities and local attractions. This contributed positively to the overall convenience of my stay, despite some hiccups.

Facilities (3/5) :
While the hotel offers attractive facilities such as a BBQ area and a gym, the persistently weak shower pressure was a significant drawback. The diminished water flow made the shower experience less enjoyable, detracting from the overall satisfaction with the provided amenities.

Room (2/5) :
The spaciousness of the room was overshadowed by the consistently weak shower pressure, which varied from a gentle trickle to an almost nonexistent drip. This issue significantly impacted the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. It's essential for the hotel to address and improve the water pressure for a more satisfactory guest experience.

Service (3/5) :
The hotel staff's responsiveness to other concerns during my stay was commendable. However, the persistently weak shower pressure should have been addressed promptly upon notification. A more proactive approach in resolving such issues is crucial for enhancing the quality of service.

Conclusion:
Quest Hotel Bella Vista has the potential to offer a pleasant stay, but the consistently weak shower pressure significantly detracted from the overall experience. While the location and other facilities are commendable, addressing and improving this crucial aspect is imperative for ensuring guest satisfaction. I hope the hotel management takes steps to rectify this issue, as it greatly impacts the overall quality of the stay.

Loved the staff, the peace and the vista …. Too good.and not to forget the Egg and Bacon roll at Coco Noir

Had a Costume Party / Dinner held here for work. One of the employees, appeared to be a manager, saw part of my costume had come apart and took the initiative to help fix it. Small act but big impression. Thank you very much to them!

Great place. This is my second time and seems to get better and better. Staff are very nice and welcoming and very helpful.

Had few issues with our room but was blown away to the complimentary being offered.

The owner is really nice, young, inspiring and kind hearted.

I would very recommend this place to anyone and it’s walking distance to shops and very convenient.

Hotel facilties were clean and nice.
Friendly staff service which were great!
Location was little far to main city but there are direct buses available so it was okay.
Overall view it was great hotel and I would come back to stay for future stay^^

The staff are what makes this place my business destination every time while is Sydney. Unfortunately this trip one housekeeper was brilliant in daily service and the other hopeless. I think she may have been just watching tv rather than servicing the room

Beautiful clean hotel, quiet area.
We visited to attend a concert at Sydney Olympic Park, convenient drive to Seven Hills station then directly to the stadium, saving parking at the event.

Modern and clean, great cafe/restaurant that could be used as room service. The staff were amazing, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and none of our requests were an issue or problem. Sruthi especially was accomodating and very helpful, wish we could employ her!

Really, really happy and will definitely be using next time I’m in town.

I have stayed quite a few times with my friends. Housekeeping teams are amazinggg! Everytime felt like we stayed at our own place, with all the pleasure:)

The waiters were amazing and are very talkative! The chefs were really good, and I would highly recommend the quest for great food and service!

An friendly excellently staffed place to stay for six weeks. My cleaning lady is an absolute gem at servicing my apartment.

Staff was absolutely professional and friendly during our stay and my partner mentioned she felt at home during our time here. No request was a bother and everyone was welcoming. Definitely recommending Quest if you're in this area. Especially housekeeping team are amazing

We are frequent travelers and usually I never add any reviews but I think this place deserve comments.
We had a long stay here but totally regret and we couldn’t change the accommodation in the middle of the stay because the money was non refundable
First of all the rooms were dirty with dirt marks and stains on the walls and doors.
Poor service without even making bedding for 4 to 5 days.
Sheets were not changed and there were no supplies including soap and toilet paper
We had to ask for each and everything and we decided to buy our own toiletries and coffee
Clothes dryer was not working the whole time and was continuously beeping with filter error.
I shouldn’t forget to mention about the cockroaches in the room
I would not recommend this place for stay to anyone

The rooms are ok the service is good BUT we kept getting noise complaints on Xmas even though we weren't being very loud halfway through the day.the complaints we constant and very unwelcome.we had the supplied room radio on 30 percent of the volume and had someone ring up three times to complain.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, great stay, nice staff at the front desk. Would stay here again.

The cafe downstairs isn’t that great - doesn’t open for lunch, wasn’t open on the weekend, overpriced food in the window.
