Best service ever. Beds comfortable, bathroom and room super clean. Thanks Vincent, Sarah, Lincoln, Ben. Definitely come back.

It was in a good location and the living dining bedroom and bathroom were good. I had to ask reception for a few repairs whilst I was there for the week and these happened promptly. The only downside was the lack of a daily or even two-daily room clean which was disappointing. Overall if this improves I'd definitely return.

Dated but comfortable.
Linens were clean, throw pillows were not.
While the service from staff was good, and they received and acted on noise complaints from several guests well, this is not the place to stay if you will be bothered by music bass from the downstairs restaurant bar.
We travelled home early rather than risking another night struggling to sleep and wouldn't stay here again unless it was updated and soundproofed.

Stayed at the awesome Quest Albury for 3 nights with my family. Honestly it was one of the best stays we have had in a very long time. Tom and Bryan were amazing, always engaging with my kids and listening to their daily adventures. Hotel presented perfectly, Three Bedroom Apartment was spacious and well set out. Daily Housekeeping service was spot on, they didn't miss a thing. The restaurant down stairs is a must, daily breakfast we could not fault and they were completely across dietary requirements (coeliac). Highly recommended, very central, walk to local pubs and cafes. We will be back for sure! Well done all at Quest Albury! Stacy

Great location. Easy access to shops. Room was very big and had everything you need for your stay. TV set up was very technical. Wasn't easy to find the express checkout to leave the key.

Wee bit tired - carpets stained though undergoing change, dishwasher went on the brink but getting fixed, quiet place, comfortable, fab staff…. Friendly and keen to assist. Has 2640 on the ground floor which is a delight. Free parking. Happy to give 5 stars as comfortable and able to rest.

We stayed over the Kings birthday weekend and had a one bedroom apartment.
Rooms are clean, spacious, and have great water pressure in the showers. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchenette was well equipped (although we only used the fridge and toaster). The king-size bed was very comfortable and clean. Comfortable couch and armchair. Good sized TV.
We didn't need cleaning staff as we were not there long enough.
Pleasant reception staff.
Just one suggestion is to have available places that deliver food to the hotel.
I know that there is 2640 Albury restaurant and cafe downstairs, but sometimes you just want something casual like pizza or Spanish or Chinese or not too pay much.
(Also the menu on the Google for 2640 Albury restaurant downstairs did not entice us as it was limited and expensive - $38 for a chicken breast and extra $12 for sides totalling $50 for just one main? No thanks.)
Quest Albury was within walking distance from the main street with most restaurants, cafes, and entertainment. Parking is plentiful and includes a spot (or two?) for charging electric vehicles.
Recommended.

Nice place overall. Needed to request the reception staff to organise clean up every now & then (not sure what the usual policy is)
Stayed here for about 3 weeks. I will be back in the future.

We had a two bedroom apartment and one of the bathrooms had no hot water for 3 nights even when we notified reception after check in.

I would not recommend Quest to anyone. It is expensive and my experience there was awful. I had no choice because work had paid for it.

Firstly I took my previous review down because there was a few issues that I did not address properly:
1. I had to change rooms as soon as I arrived and unpacked. There was no landline telephone in my room and staff were unable to locate one.
2. I was asked again to move about a week later because the oven was not working. Yes as per the manager it was working when he checked because maintenance had just fixed it prior to the check out.
3. Room service is poor. I agree there is a contract so only weekly service is provided. Fair. However I’ve never had the experience of housekeeping staff not replacing essential items like body, shampoo, etc.on their weekly cleans.
4. I drive an electric vehicle and every time I wanted to park my EV there would be normal petrol or diesel cars in those charging spots. I requested a few times for that to be changed. The perpetrators were not given warnings, no signs and no barriers were put up.
4. Finally on check out I asked if they had a scale I was told by Paris (reception staff) “we are not a hotel… go buy one at Kmart. ”

I’m really reviewing the restaurant as the food was really good. Especially the linguini carbonara which was one of the best we’ve had. The chocolate brownie is delightful. Good choice of wines. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was quite acceptable. Really comfy bed. Great sheets. Have to say though that the windows were very dirty. A bit off putting to look out of. But hey we were only a 1 night stop on way to Melbourne and this was a good choice.

Stayed here last night with my wife and two kids. Paying what we did, I would have expected more.
Was greeted by a trainee who was under trained. Not her fault.
Level 4 hallway should have prepared me for the room. Even my kids commented how the hallway smelt, and was in need of repair.
Our room was very average. Not what I expected from this brand. It was clean, at least.
I’m very pleased we only had one night here.

Perfect for our needs. One night stopover/stay on our way home to Melbourne. The room was clean, King bed, supplied with towels, toaster, fridge, microwave and kettle. Free wifi so we could stream Stan and Netflix through our phones. All the creature comforts of home. Quest guest, off street parking.

Overpriced, Poor cleaners as we were told the cleaners will be cleaning our room asap, She said she'll ring us back, Almost 4 HOURS LATER we come to quest because she hadn't rung and we were waiting, she says 20 minutes it's ready, We're EXTREMELY tired from our trip, We go to front desk and it's backed up due to poor reception, 1 girl is laughing around with 1 of the cleaners while the big line is being backed up of irritated guests, We then get to our room about 20 minutes later and the room we payed over 200 dollars for 1 night is not cleaned well, There were people's left over dirty dishes in the dishwasher, Grubby finger marks on the tables, Bench, Microwave and fridge, The best part is we turned on the stove and the whole room blew, So we called the reception, The girl is not good at anything of what a motel attendant should be, Not helpful at all, We then ask if there's maintenance that can come fix the problem, We were informed that they have no maintenance that can come fix their horrible motel room we're in, So we are sitting in a pitch black room all night, We even asked if you have any tourches you can supply us with ATLEAST! "No you can use your phones" Like our phones are even charged which they weren't, Walls are thin, Small tv, Not cleaned good enough at all especially for time of covid, Lift is dirty, Disgraceful for over a 200 dollar room, and the hallways are dirty and run down, and smells. Don't go here.

Only ok, because the Hotel could care less about ICEing, the act of purposely preventing EV cars to charge, or general harassment. I read the hotel was subject to ICEing but couldn’t believe this existed in Australia. In a carpark no where near full, I found the same cars purposely parked in the spaces painted Green with EV painted In huge letters, all day and all night. Reception was not interested. We have a long way to go Australia.

Good service, on site parking. Has elevator and snack machine. Quiet when we stayed there. Close to everything we needed. The room we chose had 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms. Lots of space. View from room at night was nice.

No stars. False advertising on price. They charge you at reception. No ifs or buts. Nothing but one small milk not even a biscuit.
Will never stay here again.

The lights did not work.
Air-conditioner did not work.
We we're kept awake by other guests until 1.30pm.
Not impressed!

Pros are quiet, clean rooms in good location near the centre of town with onsite restaurant and off-street parking.
Cons are it feels dated and tired, in need of a refurbishment and some maintenance. Fixtures and fittings including bathroom aged and gloomy lighting not particularly welcoming. Parking is off street but not secured entry.

Would recommend the other Quest in town or Mercure instead.
