Been dealing with the receptionists and the doctors at this medical centre for years. Paul is a champ. Would definitely recommend this medical centre over many.
Thank you all for all your help throughout the years.

This is our family GP since we moved to Campbelltown few years ago. We always go with Dr Satish Goyal ever since I was pregnant with my daughter and now she’s almost 4 years old! Dr Goyal is very patient and kind with kids. Now even after we moved to another suburb, we’re not going to move to another GP!

Hi first I have been going to this centre for years, but after today ‘wow’ after today will never step foot in this centre again. Firstly the reception I wasn’t getting on with the girl that sits near the treatment room she is unprofessional the way she answers the phones and very loud, After a few run in with her over the phone I thought about it and because I worry about me husband heart condition and to save any embarrassment to him! And after seeing the dr about a test that I had done I had said to her I was sorry about the spats that we had in the past… than she tells me that she had read the report and knew things were ok.to me this is not ok that receptionist should have this knowledge about the patient. In saying this the receptionist staff at you centre are very unprofessional. Than today came down to get blood report for specialist and was asking the dr about BiBi reading on the blood test than he started to yell at me telling me to keep off the net, I don’t know about readings he should of explained this to me in a calm manner, I don’t ever want to go to this practice again I am a human being not a animal… Wendy Edgtton

I had to go today for the 1st time as my regular dr had a family emergency and had to go away. I won't see my regular dr's side kick because of his attitude to women and my son refuses to see him. I also had to take my son as he was sick. The receptionist could not have been more helpful, the building is comfortable and warm. We saw a GP there who was extremely professional, kind and thorough. He made sure to tell me to come back at anytime if we needed anything and to return in a few days if I wasn't much improved. For a complete stranger to walk in and be treated so well seems to be rather unusual around here. I would thoroughly recommend them. A few years back I took my daughter down late one night as an emergency, she ended up in hospital, and again they were fantastic

My go-to medical centre. We see Dr Serour & Dr Mahfuz. They're really good & attentive. Good service always by the reception too.

Only thing is there's no walk-ins and doctors can be booked out for 1-2 weeks sometimes. So doesn't work when you have a sickness but more for ongoing check-ups I'd say.

Im not confising you with someone else. I came for my kids vaccination (new patients) there was an Indian lady at the reception who straight away said NO to me. Just because i didnt have the doctors stamp or sign on the vaccine cards.i only had copies of the cards as i have moved from overseas.couldnt carry the cards.
Also they booked me an appointment for psychologist Herald while she was on leave. Kindly check your appointments record.
My kids are registered at some other clinic now. And they never asked me for. Doctors sign or stamp.they were there to HELP.

Unprofessional staff especially the receptionists are very impatient and unempathetic with their patients
I've only seen one doctor and she was lazy and inconsiderate
I recommend going to another clinic that will treat you better and it will be more worth your time than this place

This use to be a top practice. I have had the same issue with being told Dr Riaz will be coming back but no confirmed date. This use to be a great practice. I have rang at least six times. I have been told Dr Riaz is coming back until last week. I have not been asked if I would like to see someone else by reception. It would appear they don't care. When I asked last week to see someone I was told they have no available appointments for that day. They no longer do walk ins. The rules keep changing. (I'd hate to be sick) No care here anymore. What a shame it used to be a good practice and Dr Riaz was great. Now looking for a new doctor to get my records too.

It is nearly impossible to get an appt, but this is the case country wide, and it is unfair to rate them based on that! These ratings should be on quality of care and customer service, at which this practice has always excelled

Beware of the gate keepers, the receptionist are extremely unhelpful, i couldnt get in contact with my treating doctor for an emergancy needing a script urgently or for that fact i was also told not other doctor could speak with me.for day.which is totally inappropriate.the staff and practice manager are extremely patronizing and make sick people feel worse and denied me access to medical help from my treating practice.

Great practice. Reception team are lovely. We have been seeing Dr Byrne for years but he has since left which is quite sad he was a great doctor. We have also seen Dr N Mahfuz whom is also lovely. Unfortunate thing about the centre is that it’s so hard to get an appointment, you have to book in advance so if you need a last minute appointment for yourself or your children you won’t get an appointment. Quite a let down as that is the main reason we see a doctor are for last minute sickness’.
