Queen Car Wash

I have been coming here for over 2 years now, In the past 10 months i have been noticing changes in the staff and how they wash.
Water has remained dirty, same rags get used on every car + if you leave change in your car no matter where you put it they find a way to take.
I have had 100 dollar notes taken from my boot (in a bag) even after i say ‘do not clean inside of my boot’, i have had my back right break light removed, Cigarette packet stolen (near to full packet), Coins disappear from my middle console & Only last week they have decided to take my number plate cover off the back. Definitely will be going in to blast the owner! Hopefully this carwash goes down under.
They do not do a good job with cleaning cars, inside nor out. They’re just there for the look and to be paid.

Their becoming to expensive and I am Regular customer I felt like I was getting the finger $70 to clean a small suv really many people stopped coming for that reason and it’s a rushed job if things don’t change I’m not coming here anymore it’s becoming to greedy I think

Great wash, quick service detailed clean for affordable price. What more can you ask for.

I come here sometimes for my car to be cleaned as i cant do it myself anymore due to my leg injury, its never the most immaculate cleanse but its enough for me, recommend if you need a quick wash.

I left a review previously after iv been left unhappy this one time however when I went back they insured I was left satisfied before they hand over the keys.

Worst and very bad car wash and staff. I was regular customer of them. They charge you more depends on your car model. New car more money old car less money. I went today and told me more charge so I said no and worker says get out from here. Will never come back here

The worst Carwash in Sydney staff are unprofessional paid for interior and exterior waite for an hour but the result wasn’t impressive zero out of ten fell sorry for those who spend more then $100 doesn’t worth

I can’t understand when you go in this place every person give you different price for washing the cars they don’t have a price list for washing I did ask the boss I went two weeks ago I washed my car $60 today the worker saying I have to pay $75 what a joke please please don’t try to go and wash your car they not Perficinal at all how is possible they putting the price up where is the Goverment they can check

I use to go to this car wash everytime to wash my car today i took my motorbike to wash it they ask for too much money for a 10 minutes job and everyone of the workers gave me a price wake up fix up your prices and your management I’ll never go there again

Had my car washed here many times, used to be 5 stars but the service began to dwindle. They charge me $50 even though my car was a small car and small cars were $35, (at the time) but some how because i had a merc the though they could over charge they also managed to crack my windscreen and if it wasn't the fact that I was on snapchat filming they tried to get away with not paying. The products they use over time have ruined my interior buttons also. Very disappointing.

Came 6 months ago for $40, today $50 and when i said its 40 inside and outside the car, he called me a liar and got angry.every time i come, it goes up $5.

It has deteriorated all these years I've been using their services and I am appalled with how they have destroyed the used to be clean and meticulous cleaning they do with my car.
I have been using them since 2016.
The owner should be advised.

Large SUV (7 seater) taken in for wash and vacuum. Good job done (as would be expected at any shop) but no price list and workers couldn't communicate with me. At the end of the job was charged $80 and not told why or if any extra services were provided. This place is expensive but the bright side is they open later than everywhere else.

Paid $200 for my Red Mini Cooper polish and even the wash was not proper. Could see dirty water marks all over the car. When tried to feel the surface of car for polish smoothness it was all rough no clay bar was used. Car was polished in patches. DONT Recommend for polishing.

Car had a minor scratch during the hand wash and when pointed out to the Manager
Doesn’t accept their mistake and in return comes back with cheap attitude Swearing at me.
Hopeless customer service.

Excellent service always at this Car wash station, got service from some Punjabi Indian and Pakistani boys (staff) they all are doing work amazing. I had two week ago car wash Mazda 3 grey colour. They done amazing job I really recommend this place to everyone. Cheers.

I was Quote $150 cash I said I’m happy to pay 10% gst but they charge me $180. I believe it’s another way of begging.

I use to take the car to this car wash for while now and originally thought that the price was great for time and value. Recently, the price has increased steadily and the quality of work has decreased, possibly due to the increase of cars coming through. If the quality of the work and professionalism increased, it wouldn’t have been a problem. One of the biggest issues concerning professionalism would be getting (2) different quotes from (2) different workers in front of me at the same time. It was kind of a free-for-all. I highly advise the business to have steady pricing scheduled on a chart.

Price keeps changing. A year ago $40, six months ago $45, today $50. Can’t keep changing prices like this when you have locals who have been coming here for years using this service. Asked others in the seating area what they paid some still paid $40. Price seems to differ based on friendships and favourability. I’ve been coming here for 2 years. Where’s the integrity?
