Rude staff, unhelpful and gave me wrong medication. Wouldn't listen which I tried to say it is the wrong meds.

RIP OFF! Products are twice expensive than at Priceline or chemist Warehouse. The owner don’t care about sick people getting better he only focus about his profit. Better go to Priceline it’s just 5 minutes away!

Dude that served me saved my life. Had a very bad case of swimmer’s ear, he gave me some ear drops and medicine + some antibiotic eye drops. Was back to normal within a few days, he saved my holiday!

The lady who served me at 5: 02 PM was extremely rude. Asked for a medicine, gave me bigger box. I requested smaller one, she threw that off to me from one side of the counter to the other side. I will bring this up somewhere else too because this is terrible. We came there to buy the medicine but not get it for free.

The asian lady with the mask was terrible, I’ve been working in the customer service for more than a decade, I’m not sure who hired you… or if you’re the owner, that’s not the attitude you have with a customer…. Worst customer service my entire life…. Okay not even customer service…. You respect another human being and be polite… it doesn’t cost you anything… it’s just a basic human courtesy…. Seriously Lol who do you think you are lady? !

I was going to buy an ice cream and a small hand sanitiser. He charged me $9 so i asked why and he goes 'sanitiser is $4' which is less than a dollar at Chemist warehouse. So I decided to get an ice cream only and he charged me $4. That would be $2 at the convenience store and he was going to charge $5 for that.
What a rip off.considering its location, still too much.

Also there was an elderly lady in front of me explaining her symptoms. The way he treated her was so rude.

The difflam lozenges 16 pack costs twice as much at a leading chemist. I didn’t expect their prime location would warrant more than 100% profit. I will never go back there.

Kevin is amazing. I am stuck at the Four Seasons Hotel in isolation. I rang Kevin for some RAT test kits and other bits and pieces. He went out of his way to deliver them to the hotel on his way home. That really is service above and beyond. You ROCK Kevin. Thank You

Just purchased paracetamol, 20 pack, for $6.99- on shelf it said $4.99. I pointed this out to the person working and he said the $4.99 was wrong and refused to honour price

I have recently moved back to Sydney from the country and found this chemist to be so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back!

Kevin the pharmacist was fabulous. Was super helpful and went above and beyond. Also grabbed some passport photos and he did a great job in making sure they looked good and gave me some options to choose.

Excellent passport photos. He took the time to measure chin to crown and ensure other details were consistent with the standards. Highly recommend.

What a great find! I am sold on Kevin and Varun. They really both go above and beyond. Kevin took the time to explain what different medications do so I was able to make an informed choice. The shop is extremely comprehensive and various gives choices of similar popular items. Also great location right next to ferries and underneath trains and next to buses and taxis. This chemist also opens 7 days and very long hours. Personally I now wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Talk about going above and beyond! The lovely pharmacist helped me with my scripts and explained how to use it; better than my doctor. The shop looked so nice too! Would definitely give 10 stars if I could!

. Helpful, friendly and excellent customer service by the supervisor who was alone in the store, when i was there on 24 November 2020, at about 3.30pm.even tho it's only a small store, i did passport photos and certification of my documents by the supervisor/pharmacist is on duty. (sorry, i was unable to get his name). He seems to be respectful of other customers and were calm in dealing when there's more customers coming in. Thanks, saved me trips to different places.
