Nathan & his team renovated our family home in Wahroonga. With pricing unstable in the industry in the time leading up to our project Nathan suggested a cost plus contract. Whilst we were initially apprehensive Nathan assured us that his process is transparent & reliable. We were very pleased to see how the savings he managed to achieve for materials & supplies against his initial budget were passed onto us as the client & we are confident that his process saved us in excess of 10% as opposed to a fixed price contract where he would have considered higher pricing to cover for uncertainty.

My family built with Quay Homes & they delivered a wonderful luxury home build for us on the lower north shore. Nathan & his team have just completed the construction approval for my families new home build on the northern beaches. I have just completed a custom design with Quay Homes after having a successful build experience in the past with this builder. We’ve heard it all & been through the rubbish with other operators but I cant speak highly enough of this team.
Whats most important in my opinion is that a customer is listened to & in my experience most builders want to guide their potential clients in a direction of convenience for them. That was not the case with these guys. They have been consistent through the entire build duration with communication, updates and progress.
Even with the struggle of trade shortages and material supply they are facing and this terribly continual wet weather, we have been continually updated with any delays, yet the delays honestly haven't been long enough to stress us, to be fair.
The longest delay we have experienced has been the roof installation which took 3 weeks longer than anticipated. Not much can be done when the rain wont go away long enough to get positive progress.
It has been a great experience watching the build change in appearance as the progress continues.
With only being weeks out from being given the keys, I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with this whole experience of building with Quay Homes.
I highly recommend Nathan and his team from Quay Homes. Honestly, such a great builder to build with.
