Quarrymans Hotel

Excellent beers. Rooftop tables. Pinball! What's not to like? Food isn't a standout but fine, and everything else more than makes up for it.

I'd never been here before great little pub with a good selection of mainstream and art fart beers. Pinball machine and pretty cool beer garden that would be good to drink in in the height of summer. The 329 bus leave from out the front to Bondi Junction via Paddington

Went upstairs for drinks. Really nice space, and the outdoor section on a nice day is great. Food is delicious (the chicken taco and guac are awesome). The bar staff are generally good, though there is one guy who has a bit of attitude. Other than this, definitely worth a visit.

Good range of beer, food is pub-level but that special. Long wait on the (only) vege dish for our party.

Great craft beer lineup here. Worth a drop in to catch a brew. Staff are friendly and willing to have a quick chat about what's on tap. Would recommend. Also a verified venue on Untappd

Just landed off the plane from Scotland with my gf and was refused entry on Australia day due to me being "too drunk". I explained I'd just gotten off the plane and offered to show him my ticket to no avail. Apparently they dont like kilts. Im sure the beers were great however.

20 Taps of craft beer, few good ones everytime I jump in. Great little courtyard and a (new?) rooftop as well! Definitely one of the stand out bars in Pyrmont if you are after craft beers

One of the best pubs in Pyrmont. Great range (mainly talking about their drinks, but the food is very solid too) and plenty of room.

The service was quite good here and it is a quaint old building. The courtyard was ok but and there was plenty of seating inside. The roof was packed though so get there early.

Quarrymans is quietly one of the best craft beer pubs in Sydney. You won't see as many tap takeover events and such, but they rotate their taps constantly and offer a good balance of day to day session beers and emerging /interesting styles.

Can't complain about the service coz there wasn't any. When asked about a dinner service, all the barmaid said was "we don't serve minors here" and told us to go around the side entry but "it might be full"
Went around the back and found heaps of seats but noone to take your order. So we went across the Rd to the Dunkirk hotel.where we found a very friendly bloke who was happy to see and serve us

Good selection of craft beer and tunes. We only snacked, so won't say much about the food, though the chocolate brownie was delicious.

The biggest selection of craft beer on tap I've seen in a while. Warning: it will take you few visits to try all! Very comfortable seats, friendly staff. Enjoyed greatly. Did I mention the cat?

Staff were very accommodating great food, clean venue, they ave rotating kegs so lways something yummy and different on tap.the is the only thing I would change is that the toilets could use a good clean and deodorizer feedback everything else was great.

Beer selection is incredible, staff knowledge of the beers is also excellent. Food menu accompanies the beers very well, pub classics all done beautifully. Cheeseburger was slightly pink inside which is great, the bun was soft and just perfect.

Nice pub atmosphere, great customer service, good food and authentic decor. Functions are well catered for, on separate floor.

Don't come here for a quick beer. Settle in. With a brewers dozen on tap you will need some time at this joint.
