Quantum Radiology St Marys

Last year I had an appointment to get a cortisone done, as I was running 5-10 minutes late I rang to advise of this and was told that I had to be there on time and I had to reschedule.
This morning I had the appointment for the same procedure and I made sure I arrived on time 9.00am, I was there at 8.55am. I watched as the staff walked around talking to each other and some even carried coffee. At approximately 9.15am I was taken into a room and told a Doctor will see me soon, at approximately 9.25 I peeked out and asked a couple of staff members if I have been forgotten about and was told the same thing, a doctor will see you soon.
At approximately 9.30am, finally a Doctor and a I'm guessing a nurse came in, The Doctor mumbled his name and started the procedure, he was very rough and I felt every needle movement he made (unlike the last one I received, the previous Doctor was truly professional).
With NO apology for being so late from anyone.
When I'm running a few minutes late it is not good enough.
When they're running late, NO big deal as I do not matter.
I have been here a lot of times in the last God knows how many years and never had any problems, seems like the place is getting worse.
One thing is sure, I won't be going there anymore.

Every experience I have with this place I just get the impression that all Staff members must really hate their jobs. They also sent me my results even though my referral noted not to share the results with me.

My daughter was shamed by clinician doing ultrasound because she was a virgin and not wanting an internal ultrasound. She told my daughter and it was documented on report that in refusing she was the one responsible for them not being able to properly perform the procedure (even though external was the only method prior to some providers conducting internal procedures mostly by clinicians with limited training)

Pathetic service. They didn't send the results to my gp after even 3 weeks. Wasted my time!

Professional efficient and supportive. The admin support staff keep this ship running efficiently. I would recommend this service.

Had a few experiences with this place & none of them good. From now on will not be back ever again.
Limped in with a referal & a knee dislocation told with rudeness, because I didn't have a God dam mask walk to the chemist or the dollar shop down the road because they would & didnt supply me with a mask. I Didn't return. Drove to another imaging place walked in with out mask and had xray completed and images & results emailed.
Not the first time the reception has been rude in this place.

Recently had an ultrasonography check, the reports had a negative, however to my surprise I came as "Positive" after a review request from my doctor as we urged to have that done. So my advice to anyone who is having tests done, -"It is not always a TICK (for a Radiology) if the stuff are very friendly or welcoming! You also need a reliability on the reports to get yourself diagnosed correctly! " Peace!

Great experience. The staff were friendly and made my 4 year old feel comfortable. The scan was quick and my child even got a sticker at the end.

Both my mother and I have attended here for years and have had no issues. Radiologists and sonographers are always lovely, fast and professional.
Since reading previous reviews about receptionists attitudes, I believe their attitudes have improved. All staff have been efficient providing safety during the pandemic. I will only go here for my x-rays/ultrasounds!

Great health practice with lovely and friendly staff. Was practically in and out after a short wait. Couldn't fault the service.

Reception staff are lovely. Booking is always quick and convenient. Whole experience from x-ray and ultrasound make you feel comfortable and easy to talk to. Always happy to use this service.

I've visited Quantum Radiology four times now and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff have been lovely to deal with. It's so easy to call and book an appointment & they give you instructions to follow for your appointment as well as a text reminder a day or so prior. The sonographers are also friendly & lovely to deal with. I also love that I can access my photos easily on the My Xrays app. I'll continue going here for all my appointments

I was very happy with the service we received for my daughter, from the moment we arrived at the door 4pm near closing time we were greeted promptly with a smile from the lovely receptionist, the wait time was very quick and the care that my daughter received was great. The results came through very quickly to my doctor so we knew the outcome in a timely manner.

I have been for many scans, injections and other procedures and found the staff helpful, polite and efficient at all times.

Had an appointment here and they were always able to provide me with an appointment either same day or next day. Wait wasn’t long and team are friendly.

Professional yet friendly, run close to time of appointment and reception staff are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Customer Service- is great! 5 stars in that department! The most polite and well spoken front office staff around!

Ultrasound- has been normal process throughout, until you recieve the images.
The 3 times I have been here I think it will be better next time and to give them another chance.
Unfortunately, I could not even make out outlines of my baby, especially the face (even at 19 weeks and 34 weeks). Really disappointed with that.
Couldn't tell me the gender (which I know sometimes happens) however the position was perfect on the scan (between the 2 femurs and pelvic bone) but the clarity of the ultrasound is the worst I have experienced out of my 3 children.

I really hoped it would get better because everyone is so lovely.: (
