Really enjoyed my experience here, customer service was amazing from start to finish,
The attention to detail I received from Rob was exceptional which is hard to find he went above and beyond to ensure I was going to make a good recovery,
keep up the good work, well done team.

Went in today for a Ultra sound. TY was absolutely wonderful he explained everything really well and was patient and kind. TY is a asset to the great team at Quantum Leichhardt.

It was much more affordable than I-Med radiography. I enquired about the price to I-med so I was expecting to pay a similar cost at Quantum Radiology but I only paid half of what I-Med told me. Also, everyone was helpful and friendly, I could feel
safe as well. I highly recommend Quantum Radiology and I will tell all my friends to go to this place: D Thank you Quantum Radiology!

The service by Robert and the other staff was second to none. It was a 5 stars experience from the moment I walked in. I can’t thank them all enough. Although this isn’t my local radiology practice, I will most definitely be conducting all my scans here in the future

Rang in the morning for ultrasound. Appt 1.5 hrs later. In and out within 15 mins. Friendly professional staff. Most efficient pathology service ever been to.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Have had several xrays, ultrasound. They explain everything to you.
I also have had a quarterzone injections done and the doctors are great.
Would have no trouble recommending them.

Staff are excellent and friendly. I had an ultra sound and xray on my knee. Both were done in half an hour. Fantastic!

Great service, staff are friendly and helpful. The wait isn't too long. Called one morning to make an ultrasound appointment and was booked in for the same day. Highly recommend!

Falsely advertising themselves as bulk billing.

I booked an ultrasound for my 6 week old son with this clinic because they said they were a bulk billing practice. When booking, I explained to reception staff that I’m still waiting for my baby’s Medicare card and happy to wait and book the appointment once I have it, she reassured me that I could still come that day, pay the full amount and then claim through Medicare myself once I have the card (as he is eligible for Medicare from birth so he would still be covered).

Trusting them, I paid the full amount of $150 at the appointment (trusting that this was the amount Medicare covered) and checked again that I would be able to claim it back through Medicare, they said yes.

However, turns out Medicare only pays $105 for this procedure and when I called them to ask why I was charged higher than the Medicare amount, they said I was charged a private patient price because we didn’t have the Medicare number at the time.

Unfortunately, dealing with reception was disappointing to say the least. Not only did they not understand the definition of bulk billing or accept the error, they basically said I must have misunderstood the initial conversation.

I think reception need to learn the actual difference between bulk billing and private patients.

My appointment run perfectly on time and efficiently and was out in 30 mins, without any delay.
The place was clean and my scans were bulk billed.

The radiologists were all friendly and helpful.

Definitely recommended.

First time here this morning. Good experience. The staffs are friendly and professional. Images were sent to my phone which is a very eco-friendly way.

Took my son for an x ray and super quick and super nice and the doctor told me the result right away. And it was bulk billed!

Ive been to this facility 3 times for spinal epidural injections to block nerves and reduce bulging disc in my lower back. The reception staff are very friendly and nurses and radiologists were fantastic. Dr Cathy Nicholas and Dr Wong were really thorough in explaining the procedures & in answering my questions and made me feel very confident that I was in good hands having the procedures done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Courteous and efficient. Plus a very good mobile or web app that lets you log in and see your results *and* send doctors a secure link to share the results.

This place has really good availability and friendly receptionists. When I arrived I was waiting for less than 5 minutes before Lina the sonographer called me through. Lina was kind, considerate and professional and explained everything that she was doing throughout the scan. Later that evening, I received a text that prompted me to download an app where I could view my scans from my iPhone. Had a really positive experience and ill be coming back here for all my future scans:)

This place is absolutely fantastic and here’s why.

1) appointment availability - I called up at 11 and got an appointment at 1: 30. The lady over the phone, penny I think was her name, told me exactly what I needed to do to prepare for my ultrasound. Very clear instructions.

2) minimal wait time - when I got there, signing up took less than a min and within 5mins I’m inside the room getting the ultrasound done.

3) sonographer Lina was absolutely wonderful. Explained everything very well, very polite and professional. I felt really comfortable getting my ultrasound done!

4) very clean and new facility - everything was spotless and the facility looked brand new!

5) received ultrasound films in less than 5mins as I waited outside. No fuss or lost in transport issues that you usually get with other places.

I walked out of this places thinking how wonderful the people, service and facility was. Will definitely come back if I had to get a scan again.

Culdnt have asked for a more luvly, supportive & caring service. Was in terrible pain since last monday & attended the radiology for my 1st time &- can almost reasuringly say "Ill be back in the future. Lee was so gentle with both ultrasound & internal (Even after me having to empty out a few times throughout procedure) & im so glad i found out the cause of the pain =Which has lead me to get 2nd & 3rd oppinions & then specialist appointments "The joys of being a woman"=) &. "TheF un begins. = Thanx for the wonderful service x
