I purchased a Wolf Garten pole saw, one that I had used when I owned a landscape company, they are a great product but this one had an issue. I wrote to Quality Garden Supplies on a Sunday, I was answered the same day and had a replacement by Wednesday. Australia is missing customer service on most fronts, but not here. What a treasure trove of tools, wonderful for our newly minted gardeners, the large items came promptly. It was suggested that leaning over the fence to pick fruit with the harvester attachment might be an option.
