Quality Dry Cleaner And Alterations

I was very pleased with the standard of this dry cleaning service. Service is friendly, and prices are competitive. Garments can be cleaned and pressed quickly, if required. (my coat was done overnight). I recommend this dry cleaner to others.

The most honest dry cleaners in surry hills! Had hair dye stained all over my skirt and was panicking when I couldn't remove it myself. They offered to take in my skirt even though it wasn't an easy task and still managed to remove almost all of the stains. It was barely visible when I got it back, just like brand new! And they even charged me half the price as they couldn't remove it all. But the skirt was honestly brand new looking and the only stain that remained was barely visible. Really impressed with their honesty and quality of service. If I could rate this 10 stars, I would! Definitely earned a loyal customer:)

I let a jacket to be cleaned that I was supposed to picked up on Monday. I had a busy week and I could go only the next Thursday. They didn’t clean it for some reasons and never call me. I needed this jacket for a very important service and the lack of professionalism put me in a difficult situation.
If you need something to be clean at a specific time, i don’t recommend this place at all!

The fact they couldn't dry clean for me on a weekend wasn't very helpful as I work Mon to Fri. More suitable to those who don't work office hours

If i could give zero i would, they have the most careless and indifferent customer service i have experienced. Gave my suit to be dry cleaned asked them to be ready the next day no later than 4. Arrived and it was not ready. To add to it they just rushed the whole thing and had all wrinkles. NEVER AGAIN.

Very poor customer service, even worse quality of dry cleaning. Thy have race ruined my coat and my sisters dress. Save yourself the headache and use other cleaners.
