Generally you get what you pay for.while apparently you have to pay extra here. There were parts missing from the order which they refused to rectify unless we paid extra for the items siting "a misunderstanding", pieces weren't correctly cut to size and wooden components supplied were different colours. The follow up service was appalling, the owner's response to questioning arrogant and dismissive. We have had to lodge a complaint with the NSW Office of Fair Trading. We would not recommend this business.

Dont look any further for a quality cubby house. We were blown-away with the options available. Exceptional service and very friendly staff.
