The staff members were incredibly friendly, and the hotel exuded a captivating design and charm from inside out. Moreover, their commendable commitment to being disability-friendly added an extra layer of warmth to the experience. Highly recommend for a delightful stay!

My go-to place to stay in Sydney. Every time I visit is better than the last! I only wish I could have stayed longer. Can’t wait to return!

Very quirky, cool hotel in a super central location with modern decor. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had. Staff really friendly and helpful, even gave me some free drinks for my birthday. The restaurant does great food too. Only downside is the bathtub is not big enough for most people.

Super spacious rooms, clean and very aesthetically done up! I enjoyed my stay there. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable one! The location is awesome! It has everything a tourist would look forward to- restaurants, cafes, shopping, transportation connectivity, convenience stores etc. Westfield Sydney Eye tower is practically diagonally opposite QT and is only 5 minutes walk. It's also very near to Darling harbour and Opera House (15-20 minutes by walk) it also has tram service just around the corner. Ideal place to stay if you're visiting Sydney.

Another great stay at our favourite hotel. As always, the service was impeccable. The room spacious and the vibe amazing. Go wings delivered on an other level this time. The service in there was brilliant. Drinks at the bar were great. The whole package. We cannot wait to come back.

Unfortunately, their service let's them down. Valet parking was far harder than it needed to be. I went and had a cocktail at the bar, which was fantastic. However, by the time I got to my room, my bag still wasn't there. A phone call and 20min later and the bag appeared with a staff person apologising as they walked away. I ended up 15min late to an event I was staying in the city not to be late for.

For my first 5 star hotel experience I was truly left disappointed. Staff barely acknowledged me, my room LOOKED nice but it hadn’t had a proper clean in so long, it was super dusty and there were random hairs in the bathtub.
It also bothered me that everything had a price tag, the price you pay you would think they could afford to give you a welcome drink for free - upon further inspection it came with a $26 price tag. Welcome… but you have to pay for it.
I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Best meat ever! And best beef tartar! Beautiful ambient, service outstanding, floor staff and bartenders super friendly, amazing wine list, please ask for sommelier Sam its a fantastic experience to be served by her knowledge and charisma. Definitely coming back!

Great place to step out of the retail chaos and settle in for a round of QT Chaos Gins. Thanks to the friendly and experienced bar staff for making us feel so comfy and welcome.

We had a great experience at QT Sydney, stylish, friendly staff were welcoming and warm. The room was lovely and spacious.
Though if you are expecting a light and open room with a view, you might be disappointed. Though we definately werent!

Very fancy, nicely decorated throughout. Bed is very comfy and bath is a little small though. But over great experience.

Rooms are super dark, not suitahle for business accomodation as the TV is right above a desk which makes it impossible to work.bed is very comfy.shower design is not good.water covers the whole bathroom when you shower.bathtub wouldn't fit an adult.very depressing hotel to be honest.

The hotel has lost its finesse it once had. The service has gone down and I noticed how the room service has become absolutely terrible. Their “rustic fries” are just plain deep fried French fries that are really not very good at all. Their three cheese sandwich was really bad. It was not three cheeses. It tasted like very average tasty cheese on very average white sandwich bread. I couldn’t even eat it. I had other things which also either tasted a bit funny, as in I couldn’t tell if they had gone off or just were bad quality. I had breakfast also delivered to my room. Fresh orange juice and my requested pot of tea both came in take away coffee cups. This is so bizarre I’ve never seen this in a hotel ever. The orange juice was mostly ice so was very watery and in a take away coffee cup and my tea was extremely strong English breakfast tea also in a takeaway coffee cup. Why on earth would it be served like that for in room dining? They also don’t have very much on offer in their kitchen for in room dining. Especially every day items of food that 99% of hotels would have they kept telling me they don’t have. I guess they must have changed a few things since I last stayed. It was definitely disappointing.

Location is great.
Room size is very good
Staff super friendly.
However take the theatrics away and par it back to what makes a great hotel, that being service. QT Sydney has a bit more to do.
I had a executive room, on line they rave about the Bath's. Unfortunately I would of called mine a shub.
It had a weird ledge in it to sit on which meant I couldn't lie back at all at either end. I had a issue with the coffee machine phoned twice about this but it never got resolved and no one ever came to try and resolve it. On the last night I needed a light bulb changed and it was by chance the lovely lady knew how to resolve coffee machine issue.
I needed toilet paper phoned house keeping had to leave a message 24 hours later phoned again got someone on other end mentioned I had left message day previously only to be told "
"yeah we don't check the messages" uuggh.
Ok experience but that's all.

Amazing stay at this quirky yet artsy hotel! Massive bedrooms, huge bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds. Looking forward to my next stay!

Loved (!) staying here, a real pleasure. The rooms are dark but you just need to lean into it. Staff - 10/10, attentive, fun and give the whole place its vibe. Can’t wait to stay again!

I can’t recommend QT high enough. A unique 5 star hotel experience. Glamorous aesthetic, beautiful rooms, next level comfort, friendly and amazing customer service all packaged into a hotel that is guaranteed to leave you wanting to never leave.

Andrew who I’m pictured with below went above and beyond to find my missing iPad. He was amazing from when we first arrived, greeting us with a massive smile and genuine interest in ensuring our stay not only at the hotel but also in Sydney was as remarkable as possible. QT because of Andrew has won over a lifetime customer.
