Being a smoker for 35+ years and having tried to give them away over the years has always been a short term and a struggle. I haven’t even received or tried the tablets, I have been waiting nearly 2-3 weeks for them to dispatch to he tablets and they continue to lie and tell me they are sent however the tracking details say pending pick up.

They have no quality customer service and regularly mislead their customers, their products are not sent from Australia and instead are from overseas. They will try to hide this fact.

Based on the experience I have had so far I would not recommend QSN, stay away and don’t fall for their lies.

Nearly two years in two months time! Wouldn’t even think of it, never crosses my mind - I know I will never smoke again. My husband will be 2 years in September and he feels exact same. Thank god for QSN- I tell everyone if you are ready to quit this is the game changer!

I payed for this product over 3 weeks ago.over 3 werks ago, and i still havent got it. I call and call but the line is allways busy.
If the tablets are not in stock just tell me or if you forgot about me own up.
Also, They took the money before i finished phone call.
If i dont have it by then end of the week ill be reporting them.

Very poor customer service. You ring they say they will ring you back and continue to debit your b.a months after they are permitted to. No response back. Steer clear of this company. Don't waste your money.

I did two courses of QSN & finally quit by taking up vaping & I am very happy to say, I have not smoked in over three years. The money I wasted trying to quit with all these different methods made me realize that I was addicted to nicotine & I had to satisfy my addiction through safer means. Nicotine is harmless according to The College of Surgeons in London, but addictive.
Hopefully now QSN will STOP phoning me?

Great way to give up. Cravings are not a problem, great support. Highly recommend this approach to quitting for good and staying quit.

I can not believe Australian Consumer Affairs let this company make false advertising on Facebook and also conning people-no refunds given, not complying their promise on facebook.

This was the easiest way to quit. After two months the only craving I have had was when I went on hoorays but knowing the taste would be awful I have stayed away. Too easy QSN! Thanks

Thanks to QSN I am now 3 years 8 months smoke free. The program and the support are second to none and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I learnt that I am stronger than the hold cigarettes had on me and that’s a great feeling. I’m feeling so much healthier and happier and I’m so glad that I decided to pick up the phone and make that call, it’s changed my life!

I would just like to say although this product did not work for me i am so impressed by the customer service i recieved and the efficiency i would recommend to anyone. I have read a lot of negative things on here about refunds not being issued but my problem was solved in 48 hours and a refund was issued straight away. As soon as i voiced my concerns i had a phone call from mark who went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved. People need to read the fine print and understand this program before going and putting bad reviews up. I have been in the customer service industry for 20 years now and believe me their customer service is in tact. Thanks so much quit stop now for helping me and for understanding my issues.
