QBD Books Parramatta

Some of the shelf labels are missing but once you have a look around it's comfy and well stocked

There’s a lovely employee here named Emily who was very keen to help me and my girlfriend with what we were looking for. She showed both interest and enthusiasm and made looking around the store very pleasant. She answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful.

Niche place, good prices with variety of books. Personally I was looking for more language learning books but other than that, has decent supply of books you'd be looking for.

Great advice and service much better than the usual Australian standard. The shop assistant helped us choose 2 books for our grand children.

I would like to give a big shout-out to Sam in QBD Parramatta for today's great customer service. How lucky I am to meet such a bubbly lady with an good understanding of customers' needs and going above and beyond. As a frequent and loyal customer I am coming back even more often. This is truly an unforgettable and beautiful experience in QBD Parramatta.

I generally find the books i need and a few $ cheaper than the 'other' store. If they don't have it, they will order.

Was in the store looking for a particular book, for 20 minutes! Sales assistant stayed behind the counter the whole time not doing anything, was never asked or offered any help in finding said book! Won't be going back anytime soon

Absolutely wonderful bookshop. Beautifully presented, excellent customer service & fantastic prices. I was served by Wade & he made me feel so welcome & was so helpful. A much better store than Dymocks! Highly recommended

Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked into the store to try and buy a book as a present for my uncle, and instead of being assisted, it felt as if I was being accosted, being pushed into buying the books of the month and given the whole speech. The manager, I believe it was Wade, treated me as a source of money as opposed to a real customer. Definitely would not recommend, just go to Dymocke instead.

Great place just came in to look for a book, i couldn't find it but i asked the friendly staff and they directed me to the section i was looking for.great selection of manga and they do pre-orders on books that still are being released. This will be my new goto for manga!
