QBD Books Blacktown

I visited this store today, hoping to find some of my favorite books. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the store's limited selection. Many of the titles I was looking for were not available, which was frustrating. While the store itself is nice and the staff were friendly, the lack of comprehensive book collection left me unsatisfied. I would recommend this store for other items, but if you're a book enthusiast like me, you might want to explore other options.

The staff here are always very friendly and have never gone wrong in their book recommendations. If the book I am looking for is not in store, they are always very helpful in ordering it in.

So much to choose from and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Good prices. Highly recommend.

The lady was so friendly when I came to buy a book called 12 Rules For Life for my mum, and will hope to come back again!

Always great to grab a new book, retail staff know where everything is and if they don't have the book your looking for will gladly order it in for you a+

I just love walking by this shop! Have to walk in and have a look. Their range is fantastic with something for everyone. Customer service is exceptional with smiley, friendly, and helpful staff.

Good variety of books, something for everyone, great gift ideas with their selectiin of puzzles, science kits and other interesting stuff apart from books. Lovely staff and an altogeltger good experience every time.

While it didn't have the books I needed the assistant went to every resource to check for stock which was awesome

Good collection of books with price lower to many other book stores. However, compare before and find the best price book store (byfar bigW have lowest price comparatively but less collection).

Good selection of books for all tastes, very good prices, if they don't have it, but can source, will get it for you.

Your standard local bookshop so will have limited titles for sure but still big enough to find something interesting every week.

Helpful staff and always a good selection. Got a good book on photography, couldn't be happier.

A great bookstore. Carrying recently published fiction & non-fiction. Along with fiction & non-fiction remainders.

Not many of these stores around anymore which is a shame. Prices are comparable to other chains but this store from what I saw has more variety of books and other items such as jigsaw puzzles at great prices.

Love this book store. I will always buy books for my kids and for return gifts.they will have nice collection of books.always there will be discounts in this shop.

I was hunting down a book during lockdown that is no longer published. I found it available at Blacktown but wasn’t able to get in to contact until everything reopened. The man I spoke to on the phone - I didn’t catch his name unfortunately - was absolutely lovely. He was so helpful and confirmed that they had one copy of the book! Even contacted my local store to get it shipped directly there at the cost of a postage fee so I could pick it up there and didn’t have to drive over an hour to get it. Such lovely customer service! And the books are well priced, as is the postage!

I’ve always had wonderful experiences in any QBD store I’ve been in. I was so over the moon with this experience though!:)

Staff are always helpful and there is always a good selection of stuff on sale. A good place to get graphic novels.

Love reading, like this place, you never feel rushed to buy. The staff are friendly and ready and willing to help the stuck customer.
