Just wanted to share our experience with PYCON so far. Having reached the point where we have signed our contract & are getting ready to submit to council, our experience has been first class. We first met with Belina at Port Macquarie who gave us so much of her time on a busy Saturday. We had wanted to make what we thought would be a difficult change to the master suite by adding a butlers pantry however Belina came up with an inspired solution which was exactly what we wanted. When it came to other changes including facades, we were amazed at how flexible PYCON are. Another big advantage is that they have you ready to move in with screens, flooring & a driveway. Once we moved to the quotation stage, Anna was so helpful in accomodating our requests. We were extremely happy that the quote & contract price came in exactly in line with what we were expecting. Given the current climate, we've found that our dealings with everyone at PYCON has inspired confidence which is very comforting as we are over 3 hours away from where we will be building in Harrington. With us looking to retire on the Mid-North Coast its been great to find a local builder to look after us.

The experience we had building with Pycon absolutely exceeded our expectations. We could not have been more delighted with both the process, and the result.

We needed a lot of help to figure out what kind home was going to work best for our family. And the Pycon team could not have been more helpful.

The first challenge was our oddly-shaped lot. But not to fear, because Belina took an incredible amount of time helping us tweak one of Pycon’s existing plans to perfectly suit our bizarre lot. We even got to throw in a few flourishes of our own.

Once the plans were drawn and the contract signed, it was on to our selections — tapshandlescarpetflooringsinkstubstilepaint…. All the things! This part was the most daunting for us, because while we knew what we liked, we are definitely NOT interior designers. But again, no problem. Pycon’s Interior Designer, Lory, chaperoned us in our initial selections and imparted some guiding principles that empowered us to navigate the remaining choices with much better confidence.

When it came time to actually build is when Pycon really shined, thanks to our liaison and site supervisor, Lou and Garry. Thanks to their flexibility, exceptional communication skills and attention to detail we navigated the inevitable adjustments and variations together with harmonious ease.

In the end we stepped into a completely finished home of our dreams on budget and on time. Can’t ask for more than that!

We’re not quite sure how we got so lucky finding Pycon, but we’re grateful we did. Because the choice to go with Pycon made all the difference.

This time 1 year ago, Stephanie and I were nervous and unsure of the processand steps to building our first home. After speaking to many different builders, it was Pycon, and Tanya imparticular, who made us certain, that this is who we wanted to build with. First impressions meant everything in such a big decision like this for us, and Pycon and Tanya made us feel comfortable the minute we walked into their display home.

Every step of the way, Pycon was more than helpful and assisting. Louise and Kristy were a dream to work with if ever we had questions or recommendations. Any question we had, they answered it making the whole process feel comfortable and a breeze. Danny managed our build perfectly for us, was always contactable, and just a legend to get along with on top of everything else. As for the whole Pycon team, everybody was more than approachable if ever we needed to get in contact.
While keeping the process extremely professional, they were down to earth, fun and just great people to work with.

We are already pushing friends and family to consider Pycon if they ever choose to build, and will continue to do so. The whole experience not only was fulfilling, but Pycon made it calm, enjoyable and one that we will never forget.
We love our new home and wish to thank everybody at Pycon, especially Tanya, Louise, Kristy and Danny for everything.

We have had a new residence built by the team at Pycon Homes here in Port Macquarie. All our dealings with them from the initial contact, through planning and then finally building have been simple and easy. Communications have always been responded to quickly and our building supervisor was always ready to accommodate us if we wanted to view where the build was up to. We have been in residence for 4 weeks now and are really happy with how our build has turned out.
