Purrfect Pet Products

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They take your money and never send the products! They do not reply to emails and their number is disconnected. They also have another website they’re scamming people with! Have filed a complaint with fair trading and my bank! Absolute stuff around!

I ordered a cat scratching post from this company and it has never been shipped. The company was initially responsive to my messages/emails and have now gone silent. They've essentially stolen my $299 and won't refund or send the product. I should have read reviews before purchase.

Like most people posting, I paid $220 and never received my order. I filed a complaint with Fair Trading who advised me to investigate whether my bank could provide a “charge back” (refund) to my credit card - this worked. Stay away from this company.

I can only guess that there are some financial difficulties at this company. My order has not been shipped and you'll see the same story on the reviews section of their Facebook page.

Please don't purchase from here to save yourself from losing money.

I absolutely love this company's odour control powder!
However, I placed an order with them on Friday the 23rd of Sept. They promise fast delivery but I have yet to receive a shipping update. I have also emailed the company multiple times as well as contacted them through Facebook, Instagram and attempted to call them with no reply.

Very poor customer service for such a great product.

Great environment and the people are so easy to talk too and are more than willing to help

So impressed with these cat posts.we bought the Thundercat & Peppermint ones and our cats absolutely love them. We've had other cat posts but these are so well made, Australian made. I won't be buying elsewhere. Brilliant. Thank you
