Best service ever! I contacted them on Christmas Eve and they answered and arrived to my house in less than ten minutes. Jesse was extremely assuring and understanding via the phone and Jordan fixed the issue quickly. I’ve had zero issues since! Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Called up to sort out blocked drain emergency issue in our building. Jordan ended up finding the issue straight away and also installed a new fire hydrant and fixed our wash bay leaking pipe.

I just want to thank Jesse from Pure Plumbing group. He had the job of repositioning our water meter when Sydney Water was replacing our connection to the main. He managed to squeeze us in at short notice a few days before Christmas. He was professional, friendly and most of all experienced. His charges were very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending him and Pure plumbing. Very happy customer.
