This was the first time we have engaged Pure Gutters to complete gutter cleaning at our Strata Complex.
Great job, wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and we will be using them again!

I paid a deposit and booked a service for 11.30am. At 12.30pm I tried to call the office to see if there was a delay and left a voice message as nobody picked up. At 1.30pm I still had not been contacted, so sent an email with the same question. At 2.00pm Jason called to say the technician had car problems but might be able to attend later in the same day, or otherwise they would rebook for another day. At 3.30pm I called again to see if there were updates. Jason was unable to tell me when the technician would be available and said all other technicians were booked up. I understand that sometimes things happen and work needs to be rescheduled, that's fine. But if somebody has paid a deposit and you can't perform the service at the agreed time, it's good practice to let them know and try to reschedule. I'm now having to chase to get my deposit refunded. I'm deeply unimpressed and have rebooked with another company. Do not recommend.
Edited to add: have had to block their number due to repeated contact attempts after I've requested to be taken off their contact lists.
