My family and I were looking for a capable agent to handle our late mother's estate sale. We invited Ben to appraise the property and from the very beginning we were absolutely impressed with his passionate approach and knowledge of the property market - not only of our suburb but the shire as a whole. He was humble, observant, kind and made sure every question was answered and clarified. He followed this meeting with an accurate summary of our discussions and a full commitment to the job. He detailed his plan and all of the costs involved. From the beginning of our campaign we have been kept fully informed with daily phonecalls, emails and comprehensive reports.
