Pullman Sydney Hyde Park

1. Booked and paid for 2 Hotel rooms and 2 other guests but only given points for 2 rooms.
2. Arranged breakfast for a friend at another hotel to pay on arrival. On his arrival he was not allowed to have breakfast despite prior confirmation.
3. Checked out at font desk and informed that non of the minibar was used. Received email asking if 50AUD can be deducted for minibar usage. No reply to email, unclear if refunded.
4. No tax invoice provided. Was informed my tax invoice was sent to my colleague and to check there: which begs the question as to why my information is shared with someone else and also why can't they simply resend the invoice and be more service oriented
5. Dated rooms but good size
6. Adequate cleanliness
7. Great breakfast spread
8. Good view of park

Poor condition property. This isn’t hotel. More likely old motel. The Room smells bad and dusty. Bathroom was damp and moldy.
Bedding is old. Furniture has seen better days. Only good thing was the staff at check in. Very polite.
Save your money and go stay somewhere else. I have seen better budget hotels that provide cleaner facilities.

Twin bed we got was both queen.
And the view of Hyde park was good
We can walk to museum station fast and also take stroll along to the opera house. It is good location and parking is available downstairs direct lift access
For 59 aud is still acceptable, cheaper than darling harbour Sofitel. I had try their breakfast due to my room didn’t include but it was ok!

A great place to stay the room was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times the food and service was great but your drink prices were far to expensive as other people commented as well.

So close to all we needed. Walking distance to our regulars with Hyde park across the street.

Overnight stay at end of long flight from overseas. Very comfortable room. Great service and food. Convenient to Museum train station.

Great place. Reasonable prices for location near train station at Museum station. Awesome breakfast, which is included in the accommodation packageq. Great service from staff and the rooms are clean.

Loved the pillows at the hotel. Every time i rest my head on the pillows I'll be sure to doze off to sleep. I had a good experience staying at the hotel. The food was lovely as well. Awesome place. Absolutely loved it.

While I don't recommend spending time in quarantine the staff at the Pullman did their best to make it as easy as possible. The food was suprisingly good and the view excellent even if you can't get out to it. A particular thank-you for the staff who ensured that various packages got to me despite poor addressing by the people who sent them. Recommended.

Had to quarantine here for a bit while traveling through during the pandemic. Pleasant stay overall, and the food was delicious! Breakfast sandwich (pictured) was by far my favorite!

Located in the heart of the city, close to shops, museum, cabaret, etc (perfect location). The hotel is clean and provides great hospitality, with very friendly staff. The facilities are great, with gym and rooftop pool. Food was delicious, from lamb shank to sweet pastries. My stay was wonderful, thank you.

We were there for breakfast, food and person cooking the omelettes was fantastic but the restaurant was understaffed and the layout for the buffet was poor with no clear path and not enough room to walk 2 abreast

One of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had. Booked night in Sydney to celebrate my wife's birthday, made a reservation at the restaurant and when we arrived at the appointed time found it closed. Turns out it only opens for dinner on the weekends. We were actually booked into the Cafe, just nobody thought to tell us that and certainly not what we wanted to celebrate a special occasion.

Fantastic Hotel, great location, beds were comfortable. Fantastic look out on the top floor, makes for some great photos!

Great hotel in the centre of Sydney. Fantastic views of Hyde Park. Spacious rooms and excellent customer service. Can be a bit pricey but definately worth it.

Nice location, views and friendly receptions. Fast check in, modern and new spacious room. But the bellboy didnt offer helps to us although we were a family with kiddos and 4 big luggage. His focus was on those Pullman hotel members.

Really nice, spacious room with a good view. Appalled the you have to pay $15 for internet access and one of the plug sockets was a weird shape so I couldn't use it ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

Wow. I had such a top time. The staff went out of their way to make it a special stay. Especially Jason, who should be nominated for employee of the year. I'm coming back, you have my email.

A comfortable hotel with good conference facilities. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The food was of good quality given this was a conference for longer 100 people. Centrally located in college Street, opposite the war memorial in Hyde Park. Close to shops, cinemas, cafes, restaurants and night clubs.
