Terrible service collect payments without providing the service. Paid for the report and didn’t receive report by deadline I needed urgent. Attending with no report after many visits to collect the report and nothing was revived. The psych was amazing but management is terrible

Gives half appointments and charges 100% fee
I feel other places that are actually human like,
All n all, I think This place is robotic and no mercy with time and cancellations.

I Will just have to go again and see if my review can be improved about them next time, so watch out

Primary motive of this bussiness is to eat ndis funds.the owner of the bussiness is so rude ask for justification she ll treat you like a garbage.

Over the past year I have been seeing Emily from psychcentral in Bankstown, she honestly is amazing she's the best psychologist that I have ever visited, she has helped me in every area that I have struggled in, for the first time in my life I am happy, I am relaxed and I can see things clear. I am blessed to have met her a known such an amazing person.

I've been calling since November and I still can't get anyone from this place to call me back, and leaving emails has gotten me nothing.

Worst customer service ever, unsure how they have multiple locations if there receptionist don't check emails, voice mails or even answer the phone when someone calls.

Really really happy with the service. Emily has helped me so much with my issues. Really professional and I’m really comfortable with her. 100% would recommend to anyone.

I am so fortunate to have found this centre and especially Emily. I can honestly say after seeing Emily my anxiety issues have reduced to a point where I can feel normal and happy again. The connection between a client and there Psychologist is very important to our recovery and I can say that’s what Emily provides the most, the extra support and mindfulness skills which she has provided is second to none.
I have gone to a couple of different centres and I can say with certainty that this is the best one so far.

Cancelled appointment "due to emergency" but they sent me a message by accident saying that my appointment was replaced with another person.

Don't waste your time going here.

Often they cancel my appointments tell me they will make another and then completely forget about me.
