Before you suggest this is a fake review. It's not. Rather than copying and pasting the same response you do with all your 1 star reviews, I suggest you take the time to actually fix your attitude. Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant service from Nick. Staff need to be trained on how to deal with customers.

It was great working with Nick, great responsiveness and always there to help and assist with any questions, really helped having someone with such professionalism when buying your first property to put you through.

After the daunting task of interviewing the local Estate Agents, we decided to give Nick from Prudential the first go at selling our property. Nick was very personable and explained in layman's terms what we needed to do and what he could do for us.
All of this was done without any pressure or grandstanding which was very refreshing to say the least.
Nick's approach to selling our home was very pleasant and at all times he tried to ensure it was as less invasive as possible, which made the journey a very comfortable and memorable one.
After 2 weeks our home was sold and even after the deposit was taken, Nick still kept us up to date with the progress and was always available and active in answering any questions we may have had as the process evolved.
