PRP Diagnostic Imaging Woy Woy

I was at PRP imaging Woy Woy today. The staff are lovely. I’ve only had one staff member who wasn’t registered she was training so she didn’t understand what my professor had requested. I suggested she find a senior radiologist to do my tests and she did. She watched on and learned from my history and what different angles etc are important as diagnostic tools to surgeons and doctors The staff at the desk are pleasant I just wish they all understood electronic referrals. I’m a regular at Woy Woy and I appreciate the support and help they’re always willing to give. I have my films ready for my professor tomorrow. Thanks to the staff and their understanding of my health issues. I have never had any serious issues with the practice and I appreciate the staff and their assistance.

PRP Woy Woy are the ***ONLY*** Paedetric Imaging facility on the Penisula. Otherwise, you have to go to Erina. HOWEVER, PRP charge money for all Paedetric services and are NOT Bulk Billed nor Free.

I'm gunna write to Michael Jones & tell him about his fabulous staff & wot a wonderful experience I just had on cortisone injections to L4 & L5.
The girls at the front initially said next Tuesday for earliest appointment.
Then they took into account how much pain I was in - held a conference - & squeezed me in at 1: 45 pm tomorrow (Friday).
I left thanking them so much for helping me out.
Before I got home (5 mins) - they rang & said they had a cancellation & to come back & they would do me now.
All done!
All good!

Ring to see if we need to book an appointment for a simple foot X-ray to be told we should have no worries coming in and not to book as we proceeded to head down waited 10mins to just see someone then to be told another 30mins to get the X-ray 35 mins goes on couldn’t wait any longer because of parking so asked how much longer to be told there was someone in there and 1 more person after and it was the same person on the phone. Makes no sense considering i work in Sydney and have been to simple practices like this and there is no waiting time ever and there office lady’s have there stuff properly organised. Woy Woy practice is a mess.

I have been here twice in the past 2weeks. Had Jackie attend to me both times. She was wonderful. Very caring and thoughtful and knowledgeable. Thank you Jackie
