PRP Diagnostic Imaging Toukley

Most people come here to review when they’ve a bad experience or a bad day so I thought it fitting to throw a good one PRPs way.

Anyway, scared of needles I went in to get an injection in my spine. Being someone who only ever goes to the doctor when Im in agony (and i was) I was Imagining all sorts of, medieval hacking, poking, prodding, pain and misery into the deepest darkest orifices of my body (going on days before i got there) Anyway, knowing this, the staff at PRP made sure I was comfortable and they were veryreassuring. Kristy on reception in particular chilled me out a lot. She must be a mum cos I was carrying on (internally at least) like a big sooky baby. She liaised with the nurse (sorry forgot her name, experienced beyond her years) who in turned chilled me out and made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though my bum crack was exposed to the world. As did Dr Makeham. So, PRP person who reads this stuff.send it through to the powers that be and give all of those girls (and the Dr) in there a wrap, can only imagine all the misery guts they have have to deal with day in day out and still keep a smile.

Better still give em a pay rise! Go on, go now. Just a few bucks extra You better

Was instructed to wear a mask while on the treadmill after I explained it would impair my breathing I was told by WENDY it
wasn’t a problem not only was it a problem the report came back
Inconclusive waste of money and my time, don’t waste your time
try somewhere else.

I had to visit PRP at Toukley this morning and came across a lovely man (BEN) he was such a lovely guy and made me feel so at ease.thank you Ben I appreciate your kindness …

The reception staff were lovely, and the sonographers I had were very informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the ultrasound.

They are so nice staff i have had good time there and i would thank them for the never-ending support in due time i would support them more than what they gave me

We were told to leave the premises on June 28th allegedly because we 'should have been self isolating for fourteen days because we had visited a Sydney doctor on June 21st' -
This was totally inaccurate since the only persons subject to self isolation for fourteen days were those who had returned a positive Covid test or close contacts of those who had returned a positive Covid test - All other persons from Sydney, Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Wollongong & Central Coast were to follow lockdown orders - We were perfectly within the law in visiting PRP. Staff should be better educated than this.

Too long wait to be seen, costs are way to expensive especially ultrasounds, it should be covered by Medicare.not everyone can afford there's exorbitant expenses.

Exceptional service, superb attention to detail, excellent professionalism and endearing atmosphere.
