7The reception staff here as well as all the other practices are horrible. Very mean rude and girls none of them smile or appear happy to be there. Better customer service and a bit more kindness could go a long way.
I was scheduled for an MRI and CT on consecutive days as the appointments didn't line up however they were able to squeeze both scans on the same day which was great. The staff are amazing and very informative as to the steps they are taking for each scan
I had a PET scan yesterday here and the staff were excellent, they brought a wheelchair to the car for me and helped me the whole time I was with them.

Scans for my brother have still not been received after almost a week. Why does it take so long?
Unorganised. 3 women sitting at the front counter chatting. Came for back to back tests and was advised of specific times due to covid. Now waiting for 30 minutes. Sent to two different desks. I work in health. This is poor client service for paid service.
I have had to have a number of procedures done at both Erina and Gosford recently and wanted to say how impressed I was with the level of customer service. Both Jess and Lisa were exceptional in this area and are assets to your organisation.
Had my first ever MRI today.needless to say I was very very anxious, however the staff (especially Tim) were absolutely fantastic.reassuring, and fully understood my fears.
I nailed it! Although not pleasant, it was not as bad as I anticipated.
Would highly recommend PRP at Gosford.
