Debbie and the staff are simply amazing! Urgent tests required on different occasions and they are always so accommodating and able to make things happen so quickly. Can not recommend highly enough!

I’ve been coming here for years and always found the staff very professional and friendly.
My questions have been answered in an easy to understand language and I have no problems at all in recommending them to my family and friends.
It’s great to have a collection of specialist operating out of the one place - it definitely makes my life easier

First time appointment at PRP Diagnostic imaging Dubbo. And i can honestly say it was a very good experience right from the start.receptionist very friendly and helpful. No longer then had I sat down I was called in for my scan. Once again lady doing scan friendly and took her time to explain to me about the scan I was getting and what they where looking for which was very helpful. This place is a great asset to Dubbo.

Had all of my 5 ultrasounds at PRP Dubbo, first 2 ultrasounds were great but the others were very poorly done. Reception ladies are very blunt and rude and one particular lady who does the ultrasounds is rude and not nice at all. We wanted a 3D scan and was told over the phone when booking the appointment that it can be done and just let reception know when arrived. We done this and we were told “they only do 3D if there is time” which apparently there was not enough time. Very disappointed and will not be going back. (We travel 4 hours for these appointments too)

The lady on the front counter needs a personality transplant, should not.be on there. On arrival everyone were chatting away amongst themselves, clearly ignoring me the customer. I left my referral on the counter and went to watch TV. After a few minutes was like is there a Robert Goodwin here, oh they must be finished their chat. YES THERE IS! You ladies need a personality transplant have patients waiting n you busy chatting so rude. The same person served me when first went in to make the appointment, my daughter who was me was about to have a go at her. Very disappointing service or lack there of

Had my 32 week pregnancy scan with prp dubbo. Staff were so nice. The lady doing my scan explained everything she was doing and talked the whole way through at what we were looking at. It was such a nice experience.
They also Warmed the ultrasound gel which was a nice touch

I had ocassion to require the services of these people today for a heart stress test.
The people with whom I dealt were brilliant!
My experience was uncomfortable due to health issues. The way that they tollerated my Idiocracies was fabulous!
I can not recommend this service highly enough
