PRP Diagnostic Imaging

Staff were friendly and efficient. My only disappointment was that they didn't send my results to my doctor even though they were marked urgent by close of business, five hours after the appointment.

I am currently in a wheelchair and had to undergo an ultrasound. The technician was helpful and the scan went well, however, neither toilet I was directed to had rails or any support to assist in transferring from a wheelchair. When I asked if there was a disabled toilet technician said no. It is a good facility but be aware that it appears to be limited for those with mobility issues.

PRP Castle Hill were amazing, they greeted me very warmly and were very friendly. They told me what was happening and what I had to do. Which was great

Stephanie on the desk was very friendly and helpful in organising an appointment for me. The lady who did my ultrasound was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I have been here a few times now, and each time I have had a positive experience!

Took my Grandma here for a scan and the front desk ladies were so lovely and helpful! My Grandma was nervous and they made her experience so much better. Thank you girls!

I went for my mammogram and ultrasound yesterday the technician who did my mammogram was very friendly and compassionate she made the procedure easier for me
The technician who attended my ultrasound was very cold and didn’t even introduce herself I had to ask her name
She made me feel uncomfortable with the the procedure

Appalling receptionist. Rude and with attitude. Avoid this PRP, there’s plenty of other fantastic ones

Avoid this place. First of all, the receptionist is as cold as ice, no smiling, no welcoming gesture. Then the technician-the tall guy-was very rude. Very bad experience indeed.

I work as a support worker and they did not allow me to come in with my client. My client also stated the person taking the xray was aggressive and hurt their injury by moving it without asking.

Rude staff on the call. Rip off service - they say bulk billed, but you end up paying more out-of-pocket. Stay away.

Came here for ultrasound. Easy and free parking. But not bulk bill anymore. People are very nice and helpful. Thanks.

The 2 star is for reception and wait time, unfortunately I left feeling quite disappointed, as I'm going through my first pregnancy I've been really looking forward to my 20 weeks scan, me and my husband had to keep asking things so we'd understand what we were looking at, otherwise the thecnician wouldn't have said a word.
Thought I'd at least see my baby's face, but she didn't bother taking the time to show us.
So sad and disappointed, if you're doing prenatal scans and hoping for a gentle, friendly and thorough service do not come to this place.

The staff at castle hill were all so kind at our last appointment. We went in to find out I was sadly miscarrying which is such a sensitive time. Our sonographer was so gentle and gave us some lovely advice. We then went to check out and they didn’t charge us for the appointment which was so thoughtful.
I am pregnant again and looking forward to the journey with these lovely ladies.

The staffs are quite friendly and helpful from reception to technician.
I didn't make an appointment for CT scan (my fault for not checking referral note carefully). I was still admitted with reasonable waiting time. The actual CT process was explained to me clearly and completed within short period of time.

Had very bad experience. They don’t talk truth over the phone. Over the phone they say maximum waiting time 10 mins for x-ray and they have many x-ray machines but waited more than 40 mins. One of the old receptionist told me you need to wait another 20 mins if you can’t you can go and come back. Looks like these people are thinking others don’t have any work or there is no other place to do x-ray. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Time is gold and don’t waste people time by telling lie.

Given wrong information on the phone (no need for appointment and no gap), turned up at the practice only to find out neither information is correct. Waste of time.
