PRP Diagnostic Imaging

We had our initial pregnancy scan with Lydia and she was amazing. She shared a lot of interesting and helpful information - as well as just being warm and caring.

I had an ultra sound done by Nitya, she was amazing I could not recommend her more. She was so caring reassuring and accommodating to me and really put my mind at ease I can not recommend her enough.

I'm a long term customer. I will not go anywhere else as the practitioners are the best.

Reception staff were very accommodating in making my appointment, on arrival very efficient and Radiographers were very informative on what to expect and clearly explained what was to happen.
Very professional and supportive on procedure that can be challenging for many.

Highly recommend PRP Diagnostic Wollongong.

PRP in Wollongong terrific. However MyPRP app is not. My body is scanned. I pay for PRP scan. MyPRP
app refuses me access to report for 7 days yet my Dr has it almost immediately. This wastes my time and money as getting report simultaneous to Dr means I can quickly attend appointment having read medical definitions and prepared my questions. Without the report I have to see Dr for announcement of the report go away digest that information, do my research then return for another appointment to ask questions. I want my reports same time as PRR
Release them to the Dr. I am the patient who pays for these reports. Not the Dr. Prior to MyPRP App Reception staff jad a note on my file to give me a copy of my report as soon as it was available after I insisted on that, however with the introduction of the MyPRP App, the entire company introduced a blanket ban on all of is accessing the report for 7 days. I disagree strongly with this practice of refusing me access to my own medical report for 7 days but providing it to others.
It also ends up.costing me more money in an extra specialist or GP appointment. I do not think this 7 day ban on me accessing my own medical data is actually lawful or consistent with health privacy protection principles as it's my medical information that I pay for and I consistently do not consent to this denial of access for 7 days.

Unfortunately it was a disappointing visit.
As a consumer you expect health professionals to perform at their best. All what I have seen was lack of compassion and the rush to get it done and over and a perceptor watching without interfering.

Thank you to the lady on the front desk and the lady who performed the scans you are to be congratulated on your efficiency and kindness.

Went to have a bone scan the scanner decided to go belly up. I was informed by the reception staff and they organized for me to go to their Flinders centre. Having read some of the reviews people need to remember that the reception staff are just doing their job and things happen that are no one's fault and out of their control. Couldn't fault the staff. The staff at Flinders were absolutely lovely and professional.

The reception staff are so rude here, they have a terrible attitude towards patients and are very unfriendly.
The Sonographer we had was also very rude and unprofessional. At one point I was left in the room alone for 10mins with other patients medical and sensitive information on the screen right in front of me.
I will certainly be avoiding this place in future.

Most wonderful professional cheerful care from Michelle and Ginny upstairs however staff in reception leave a lot to desire. Have had very poor welcome and service from one in particular on a number of occasions and avoid PRP because of her attitude. Shame because the rest of the staff are marvellous.

I had THE WORST encounter with one of the unfriendly reception staff. She was so rude and would not listen to what i was saying. I have encountered this same person twice and both times I have had the same reaction after speaking with her.anger.

The man that did the MRI was very polite and welcoming.

Solid MRI report, and found more than the other place I went to.

Very efficient and short waiting time. Exactly what you want from a medical establishment. Staff was professional and courteous.

New building with nice big parking. However I was very disappointed by the reception staff who was not friendly at all. Technical staff was very professional.

Great service from professional staff most of the time. Comfortable, clean and stylish furnishing. Only downside was that they dont seem to give you 3D imaging of ultrasounds.

Recently underwent two procedures at PRP Wollongong - a liver biopsy and a dual-isotope medical imaging scan - and couldn't have been happier with the efficiency, care and professionalism of all involved. Thanks PRP!
