Have been here for many ultrasounds, needle biopsies, MRI’s, & X-rays and have the best experience every time. Have never been to an imaging place that’s so professional and attentive to their patients. Every time I go I feel understood, relaxed & every question is answered. There are doctors on site for any concerning images and they talk you through every procedure. You never leave worried or confused. Thankful for the team that pay so much care and consideration!

Not welcoming at all! MRI technician was cold, unfriendly, and gave poor instructions about the exam. I would not recommend it to anyone. I felt disposable, just like a wallet with legs.

I'm sure it is lack of training, but the front office staff are pretty ordinary.
Phoned on Tuesday asking when I can come in for ultrasound - got told no problem just walk in and they can place me.
I walked in today (Thursday) and got told I needed an appointment. I was then told next available is Friday afternoon - I said yes, then the staff member told me it should be done in the morning as needed six hour fasting. So next available appointment is next Wednesday.
So I am going elsewhere.

Although I was reluctant to book with PRP based on negative reviews posted online, my experience to date with PRP has been exceptional. The customer service provided by Jenon over the phone was first class. He was professional, patient and informative and should be rewarded for the exceptional customer service he provided me today. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the PRP team at my appointment next week and post my experience once again.

Receptionists were very helpful in booking the appointment and giving me an accurate estimate of out of pocket cost. Had ultrasound and steroid injection done by Prue Storer and Lizette. They were excellent.

Receptionists were friendly and it was easy to get an appointment. The radiologist was efficient and most importantly the post-CT report was comprehensive and specific. I’m not sure what experiences others had but mine was 5*!

My wife came for a CT scan and had the worst experience you can imagine. The operator is in another room which is fine, but as the contrast was being injected, the operator did not hear my wife screaming in pain (probably because the needle pierced the wall of the artery) because the microphone was off, the speaker was off, the operator was on their phone and/or otherwise not paying attention.

Why the hell isn't the operator paying attention as something is being injected into a patient? Absolutely unbelievable. That person should be fired. Please contact me and I will provide details of appointment so you can figure out who it was.

I highly recommend you go to another place to do your scans. There are so many available. This was the first and only time I've ever heard of this happening so this place must be exceptionally bad.

After all the negative reviews, I wanted to jump in and say how incredible the staff were. Jodie who took my call yesterday was very professional, gave me all the information and ensured that I was advised of everything. This morning I had Saharj the radiographer and he was brilliant. As someone that is claustrophobic, he calmed me down and reassured me of the process of a MRI and kept guiding and reassuring me through the whole process. Incredibly professional and I would highly recommend this practise. Thank you very much

The blonde lady on recepton furtherest from the entrance is really rude. Everyone else was nice and highly professional

Pretty unimpressed with Dr Lucas. My partner visited after falling off her bike and injuring her shoulder really badly. The technician (who was very nice apparently) requested the Dr come and look at the ultrasound. When he did, he suggested it was age-related 'wear and tear', implying the injury had nothing to do with the accident.he later included this in his comments!
6 weeks later (more doctors, physio, MRI etc) it turns out to be a significant tear, with considerable damage and bleeding as a direct result of falling from the bike that he completely dismissed. All doctors and specialists have since agreed that his diagnosis was not only WRONG, it was offensive. As usual, the female experience is ignored by doctors who prefer to dismiss their patients, instead of listening to them.this has me questioning how far modern medicine has actually come in the past hundred years.

I've never had one of these really go poorly but wow are these people friendly. The one closest to me was booked up for weeks and this one had an appointment the next business day. Recommend that you call around the branches if you'd like one sooner, although in theory they should all be able to see each other's schedules.

I am so happy with my entire experience with PRP! All staff are so wonderful from start to finish. My technician was patient, understanding, empathetic, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Best scan I've ever had. Thanks again!

Was there Monday afternoon around 3-4pm. The xray lady was not very nice. It was for my toddler so given its a toddler she doesnt hold still. After only 1 try, she stop and asked me to go to Sydney Childrens hospital instead. I asked her to please try again. This time round, she holds my toddlers wrist (the part where we need to get an xray of) really tightly with force and ask me to hold it down with force. If her wrist is already broken, doing so will create more harm. She should be disciplined.

Take your money, don't send results. That's the definition of failure to do your job or misrepresentation. If you are in pain and need a fast response, go elsewhere. Oh wait. Imaging is pretty much predicated on pain.

I just checked out the new PRP at Moore Park. Pretty cool building.
I must say, the reception and clinical staff were very helpful too.
And hopefully the heart is pumping well as a result of my visit - CT Angiogram.
