PRP Diagnostic Imaging

Told to be there ten minutes before appt, still waiting 25 minutes later. No apology, then the medic giving instructions without a please or a thank you. Procedure takes 15 minutes and then a $300 bill. Poor culture and poor attitude

I recently had a scan at PRP Erina. Thankyou very much from the friendly reception staff to the lovely Alana who did my scan. I'm not good with needles but Alana made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, thankyou all:)

I had an appointment booked for a month in advance, confirmed the day before at 8am. Then by text message I was informed it had to be moved to another day. Pretty unbelievable as the clinic had plenty of time to inform me of a change. Considering that most people have to go to work and take a day off for these appointments it’s not acceptable.
Won’t be using your services ever again

Amazing experience at PRP diagnostic imaging Erina. The girls at reception desk to getting my scan done was so easy and pleasant. Thankyou Guys you are amazing caring for clients.

Let you wait for ages without an excuse. How is their time more valuable than mine? ! 25 min wait for a booked appointment. Never again!

so i sent by email, no response

Dr Khoury has just done my 2 x occipital Nerve Block for my Migraines. He was so Gentle and very understanding of my nervousness.
Elise was very helpful and advised what to expect etc after the nerve block.

Not recommend, as they charge for for services where others don't, other services bulk bill for the same.

I am extremely upset and very disappointed in the PRP Erina branch. I had a Mammogram done there on 17th April, When I came out and went to the desk a girl on the lefthand side served me. I asked if my Films and reports could be sent to your North Gosford Branch, as this would be so much easier for me, as I am Disabled. She said yes, she would send them and that they would phone me when they were ready to be picked up. I said I would make an appointment with my GP in about 2 weeks time. I had that appointment today. I still had not had the phone call? So, I phone PRP N/Gosford, they said that they didn't have them? They phone Erina and yes, they still had them! So, I had to drive all the way over there from Ourimbah and then drive to Wyoming to the GP, in time for my appointment. I am not at all impressed with your lack of service, especially when I had to pay $277 for the Mammogram. Please give that girl a talking to! She had dark hair about 23 years old and shortish and a little solid. Thank you, Mrs. H. Roberts

I went there for an ultrasound on my flank, the guy that did my ultrasound was very thorough and professional as well as being friendly. There was no waiting, and everyone knew their job. Parking can be a bit difficult at times but I got there early just to be sure. They charged me $179 and I got $90 back. I had not realized that you can shop around and get the best price so there are so many imaging places on the coast next time I might try a few first. All in all a good experience.

I travelled from Newcastle to this practice due to the nature of the test, it was easy to find, ample parking and the staff were the best, I got in ahead of time and I met the most caring person I have ever found in Diagnostic rooms, Hollie was so kind to me and treated me with such kindness and respect, her instructions were clear and she made sure I was informed of when the Doctor would come in, I have been to many of these places over my life and this practice and the staff on the desk and Hollie made the experience the best yet, well done.
