If you are an NDIS provider thinking of being NDIS registered, I highly encourage you to utilise Provider Plus as your go to solution. Usually I don't write review. In the past, I have had chat with two Auditor from provider plus there weren't as helpful as Melanie. Melaine addressed all my concerns regarding audit. She was very helpful.

Melanie has been an excellent internal auditor. She is absolutely thorough in her knowledge and application of the policies and procedures.

I have been consulting with Kristian Baraldi who has been extremely helpful. Kristian is very knowledgeable and informative, as well as being prompt in answering my queries.
