Protech is the best company to work for! Yesterday, I just reached my 1 year milestone with the company, and it felt like it came up so quickly. Why? Because I actually had fun at work! Protech gives me my birthday off and puts on a massive conference / party each year for all of our 140 internal employees.
Becoming a part of the Protech family has been the best decision I have made for my career. From having the opportunity to apply for several leadership courses, to incentives and clear motivation to step up on the business' positional ladder, I am looking forward to seeing what this next year brings!
From 12 to 300+ field employees in Northern NSW in 12 months, it shows that we are doing something right!
