My first impressions as an employee of Protech were a very welcoming experience! Balloons and Welcome message surrounding my new work station & laptop. Starter pack consisting of Protech branded shirts, coffee mug and office supplies. A lovely team lunch to get to know everyone. Last but least, a personally delivered bottle of red wine to my wife while I was on my first day! I believe the leaders at Protech drive a great culture and an enviroment that people enjoy working within.

You are seeing who we truly are and who we are are people who you can relate to and people you can rely on to get the best possible outcome for clients and candidates. Protech Newie are a great team of people, easy going but very professional, highly recommend them to any one looking for labour hire jobs in town.

Starts with a promise of permanent job at westrac, sandvik and other large companies.
Then the reality is that you're just one of many to be used and abused. Contact is quite quick and persuasive when recruiting. If unhappy secretary screens calls and contact is quite difficult.
Steer clear due to no permanent jobs only empty promises and they don't always have work on, as three weeks off and the promise of next week happened over and over soon made me realise.
If you have a good job don't quit it to join protech.
