My wife and I wanted to build an investment property portfolio but we knew we couldn't do it on our own.
My brother in law was talking about using a 'buyers agent' which was a title we hadn't heard before.
We started to investigate- went to a BA seminar- but it wasn't a good fit for us. I started to do my own research about finding the right BA for us.
While listening to a popular property podcast I came across Rich Harvey- he sounded honest, genuine and had been in the game for some time. I decided to make contact and my wife and I booked an appointment to meet him. We liked him straight away and knew we could do business with his company.

Our main challenge was not knowing what to purchase, what markets to look at and how many properties to purchase. We met with Rich to set out our goals and form a plan- he introduced us to Stewart who would be the BA we would work with. In 2017 and 2018 we purchased 2 properties (Waterford West and Kippa ring in Brisbane) in which we still own and are seeing some nice capital growth- our tenants have been fantastic and the properties are never vacant for very long.in 2019 we wanted to buy an investment in Sydney- Stewart found us a dual income property in Oxley Park near Penrith - we purchased it for below market value and had 2 streams of rental income from the one property. We were planning to keep that property- but over 3 years it had significant growth- and we recently sold the property which allowed us to pay off the mortgage on our own family property.
Our intention is to keep our Brisbane properties for the long term to provide for us as we get older and leave for our children.

We just wanted to say thanks for the great service- purchasing these properties has really set us up for the future and we couldn't have created this wealth by other means.

The team was professional, prompt and offered expertise and negotiation support that made the process much easier for us. Only reason for not giving a complete 5 star rating was that sometimes we were offering up properties for our assigned buyer to investigate when that really should have been done for us. In the end though, a positive experience and would use them again and recommend to others. Be sure you have a well defined buyers brief and stick to it - this helps both them and you.

We were looking on and off for a property for the last 6 months but became serious about our search close to two months ago. During this time we could see the prices creeping up every week. We had to really lower our expectations in order to be able to buy in the area we wanted. Our basic criteria ended up being a 3/4 bedroom house with a small enough yard and within a 10 minutes walk to a bus stop. By the end of the two months the realisation that we might have to live further away and not be able to buy in our ideal area became more apparent. That's when we decided to enlist the help of a buyer's agent to either negotiate for us or to show us an off the market property in order to cut out the vast competition. We were recommended to contact Rich Harvey.

I have to say I have never worked with someone so efficient in all my life. He works at lighting speed. Rich only spoke in facts and we could see that the results he had achieved for others spoke for themselves.

So we signed with him on a Thursday at 11am and by 3pm that day we had looked at an off market property. Rich quickly organised for an inspection/pest report to be carried out on the following day and on that afternoon we bought the house. I have never bought anything that fast in my life.

The house has a bus stop right outside, the yard is bigger than we expected, has a double lockup garage, a pool and a games room. It has totally exceeded our expectations and we are so happy about our purchase. Thanks again

We engaged Propertybuyer to help us purchase a property after experiencing disappointment at auction. Our initial hope was to secure a property off market although it soon became clear that there were few opportunities within our budget given the strength of the current market.
