While most were only worried about somehow pushing the deal through, Nitin was extremely patient and did an incredible job of understanding our requirements and constraints. He never tried to be pushy, gave us ample time to decide, answered our numerous queries and in the end got us a brilliant deal which I doubt anyone else could have done.

The thing that stood out for us was his honesty and how brilliantly he balanced both the buyer's and seller's interest. Wonderful & trustworthy service.

We were in the property market as first home buyer. So we called around 4-6 property agents, one of them was Property1Group. After more than dozens of property look up with different agents, we had schedule appointment with Property1Group, where we met Mr. Nitin & Ms. Grishu. The showed us 2-3 units and understood our requirements in a home. So they advised us to have a look in town houses & house. And that were we landed buying a town house which was in our budget & honestly it was exactly what we were looking for. We made the deposits on same day, it is that fantastic. This was our 2nd week in property market.

We went to there office and met Mr. Arun, he is another gem of person to help you with a lot more important information and help you understand your property well. He is been in market quite long time, so his expertise were very important.

I wish I could give them zero as they don’t believe in any ethics, I put down a deposit for a property with 10 days cooling off and the next day I cancelled the purchase and told them to refund my deposit, the agent said he is going to show me more property but after 3 days they sent the contract to my solicitor and started playing game to drag these 10 days and trap me into the deal, I don’t recommend them at all and make sure you have all your communication with them in writing

While looking at some investment options I met Kunal, I was amazed with his knowledge and his advise was very helpful. Very professional and definitely my go to person for anything property. Thank you!
