Matt came at the time he told me, was very clear and up front about the jobs he would do and how much it would cost. He came with the right tools and equipment and was safety conscious. He did all he could to unblock the drain. Unfortunately the problem couldn’t be fully resolved today due to a broken pipe, but he will send me a quote to complete the job at another time. Also, he has a very likeable character. I highly recommend prolific.

Very happy with Matt's work. He's helped identify and fix many teething water/drainage issues for our 8 year old apartment. When you call, Matt will get back to you, unlike most other companies. He'll come out and explain what he's going to do, how much it's likely to cost.

I found Matt is very tidy, doesn't make a huge mess in your yard or house. Puts everything back as it was before he came, after he's gone you'd barely know he'd been there, except your plumbing problem is now fixed.

Matthew did a great job of some pretty tricky repairs and dishwasher installation on a house with some very old fixtures. He was clear with his quoting and the specifics of the work required.

Matthew promptly installed two mixer dual function taps for me. He did a professional clean job and the taps are working properly and look great. He also identified other existing problems with the laundry sink and was able to fix that for me also. In addition to his experience as a plumber, he was also very polite, responsive and a pleasure to talk to.

Matt came out to clear our blocked storm water drains, same day service. He was responsive, up front about costs, professional and personable.
